  Terrible management

  The manager was really rude I had a hard time parking my truck in the back lot bc its a tiny little side street and someones car was always blocking the area so i inquired about it and she said it was her dad and acted like it was my fault. Also no one cleaned the room the entire weekend it was disgusting no clean sheets or towels and there were illegals staying there living in the motel my friends and i were disgusted and will not return also they steal your $ here and are not honest

  Easy walk to the Plaza

  The door of my room opening to the parking lot was VERY convenient. The Breakfasts were yummy! I felt very safe as a solo traveler. The walk to the Plaza was around 10 minutes but seemed shorter because there were so many interesting things along the way!

  Horrible Customer Service

  We stayed at this Inn last week. I booked through the HotelTonight App for 2 nights and didn't realize that this was a B&B. We stayed the first night and tried to cancel this second because we were traveling with our son and the space was too small to accommodate us. It was difficult to find the correct person to talk to and when we did contact the Manager he was extremely rude to my husband. There was no compromise that was offered. We checked out early and booked another Inn in Santa Fe and had to eat the cost. Also the shower gel bottle was rusted, very low pressure shower, and no bath tub stopper. There are many nice Hotels/Inns in Santa Fe for a similar or lower price. Dont waste your money here!

  An adorable gem!

  We stumbled upon this little Inn online and decided to give it a try. Our room was lovely and quiet and the breakfasts were delicious. I wish I could eat that way every morning! The staff was helpful and kind and it was great to have off street parking. We will be back!

  Warm, Family Operated Inn

  I have stayed here a number of times. It is within easy walking distance to downtown and a nice hike up the hill to the ruins of Fort Marcy, where one can see a 360 degree view of Santa Fe and the area from Albuquerque to Los Alamos and beyond when the weather is good, which is almost year round. The breakfast is always excellent and there is always a family member there to cheerfully begin your day. I'm not sure how one wouldn't enjoy a stay here. Stay here once and I'll bet you will want to return.
