  Cumple las expectativas

  Hotel básico bien ubicado. Habitaciones limpias y bien mantenidas aunque viejas. Bonitas áreas externas. Al momento de la visita la piscina estaba fuera de servicio. Desayuno básico. Buenas atencion. Camas no tan cómodas

  Worst hotel Ive ever stayed at. Cockroach on the floor when I walked in no hot water big fight next-door at 4 AM breakfast wasnt ready at 6:30 as advertised or wait till 730 do yourself a favor never ever stay here no TV either pool was closed dog poop on lawn

  Close to balloon park but would look elsewhere

  I was very disappointed with our stay. The only positive thing about this hotel is it being pretty close to the balloon park. We were there for the balloon festival and traffic is usually hectic so it was nice to be close. But this hotel is very outdated. Room was clean and ample, mini fridge came in handy and our room even had a kitchenette with stove burners that we did not use. A lot of rooms face the pool. The breakfast was a joke: apples, bananas, cupcakes and coffee. They opened breakfast for guests starting 3 am because due to the balloon event, most people are up and running very early. We walked into the breakfast room at 5 am and that was all we found. The room was dark and they didnt even bother turning lights on for guests. This was my first experience in Albuquerque for the balloon festival and it was a last minute decision to go, with very few rooming options... next time Ill try to plan in advance to reserve in another hotel

  Awful and the service was just terrible

  We held a family event with over 100 at this venue and booked several rooms. sadly, the room we stayed in did not have hot water. We called the front desk, the girl was quite accommodating and offered us to move to another room. Although it was 11pm, we were exhausted from being in the car for 6 hours we decided to change rooms because she said there was hot water. We packed up our belongings and went to our new room to fine there was no hot water in there either! We called the front desk, but they didnt answer this time. We continued to call and finally a different guy answered who advised us to let the water run for 10 minutes. We let it run for 20 minutes and it still didnt get hot. The next day as we checked out we asked to speak to the Manager on duty, Emery. He advised us that theyre undergoing new ownership, their hot water system and pipes need replacing which is $170,000 and some rooms dont have hot water! Im sorry WHAT!?! I explained that all I wanted was a hot shower, and was upset that I wasnt able to take one. He said he was sorry about that... we were not offered a refund, a discount, or anything. I cant even tell you what a poor customer service experience this was. Had he offered us $10 I wouldve been grateful. I explained to him we had to pay for another hotel so we could shower before our party. He couldnt care less.

  Friendly Staff!

  The staff was very friendly. Everyone said hello with a smile! This is a vintage hotel with beautiful artwork. The only downfall is a lot of the hotel is under construction. But it will not interfere with your stay!
