  Hotel muy recomendable

  No esta en el centro de la ciudad pero esta muy bien situado. Es un hotel bonito y muy acogedor. Muy tranquilo. El personal muy amable. Parking gratuito, wifi y el desayuno muy muy completo. Tiene restaurante el hotel aunque no lo probamos. El hotel tiene ese encanto que no tienen los hoteles de cadena y a veces se agradece esos pequeños toques de casa de tu abuela. Volveria sin duda.

  Romantic getaway

  This hotel was running a special that we decided to take advantage of. One night, room with a fireplace, whirlpool tub, balcony, chocolate covered strawberries, champagne and dinner for two. The strawberries were good, the champagne was Prosecco, but it was good. There was a fireplace in the wall and a freestanding one. The fireplace was no longer useable, so they had the freestanding one. The balcony view was nice. The chairs were just ok but lacking a little table to puta drink on. The floors were bare wood, no carpet. A little chilly. The bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were pretty awful. And what was that on the bathroom ceiling? Mold? I dont know, but it looked very unattractive. Overall it was ok, not great. Not sure I would stay again. It seems what they advertised vs my expectations did not match up.

  Old time motel feel but not unpleasant

  Drive up to the room door. Casement windows open (which I loved). No walking access to town entertainments but only a few minutes in a car. On site restaurant that looked nice and had a patio but I didnt see heaters. No water view from room or lobby. Bit of one from restaurant patio. Rooms were very clean, as was lobby. Coffee in lobby 24/7. Grab and go breakfast included. I would stay again but not if I needed WiFi. Only worked in very early morning hours or late at night.

  Nicole the Manager is the gem of this place

  After one good and one not so good stay Nicole made it right and went above and beyond for me. Because of her I will return. Suggest staying in a jacuzzi room with balcony and avoid rooms near stairs and communal doors for quieter time.

  Charming hotel in a wonderful location...

  My husband and I decided to take a last minute trip to Mystic and booked the Inn at Mystic. We could not have been happier with our choice. Nicole helped us with our booking and got us a great room at a wonderful price point, she was fantastic. While this is an older hotel, it is quite charming and our room 246 was recently refurbished. We had a king room with a fireplace and lovely balcony overlooking the water. The room was very nicely appointed and spotless. We really liked the fact that the room was accessed from outside, and we could park our car right outside our door. We would not hesitate to book this hotel again on our next visit to Mystic. We had a wonderful stay.
