Perfect Canton location and Relaxing place to stay!Loved the location, close to our son's house so we can stay whenever we visit! Very clean and comfortable and the hosts were very helpful and responsive to our needs. Pretty furnishings and great neighborhood to walk in! Tons of great restaurants nearby. We will be back!

I CANNOT say enough wonderful things about this Gem !!Although our stay at The INN at 2920 was brief (just one night) it was absolutely fabulous. My boyfriend made the reservations for our stay and I had no idea that I would really fall in love with the INN at 2920. We arrived much later than initially anticipated because we sailed into the city but our hosts (Warren and David) were extremely accommodating. This B&B has so much charm, personality and appeal, you can easily see that Warren and David put their heart and soul into their business. Great location, (I mean residential community within walking distance of SO many attractions including the waterfront). So very clean, quiet and comfortable. I felt like I was at home and Warren made sure we felt that way. I encourage you to take a look at the little "specials touches" that can be added to your stay. You will not be disappointed. We will definitely be back!! Cathy and Anthony.

Still a perfect home away from homeI hae written reports about this hotel before - do it again because the two people managing it deserve it (actually "managing" is an ugly word, because they run it with a lot of personal dedication. The Inn 2920 is a mini-boutique hotel with five rooms. If you love standardized, regulated service and large hotels, thiis is the wrong place for you. If you like a home lovingly designed down to the last detail and personal care and attention, you will love it. During the day someone is present, in the evening the guests are alone (with emergency number and all info available, tea bar and cosy lounge ready etc.). Breakfast is freshly made by arrangement and is always an experience. Just around the corner there are at least a dozen restaurants of all kinds, the city centre is 10' by car away, The touristy area fells point 5 minutes. For me the perfect place far away from home, perfect relaxation after tough business days, or a nice and cosy place for some days off, too. Good and free parking is available in the safe streets around the Inn.

Practically perfect in every wayWhy I chose to stay at the Inn @ 2920- I needed a place to stay where I could cook my own food, not have to climb stairs, and was close to my training location. Booking online - The Inn @ 2920 was only about 12 min from the training site and had a suite on the first floor with a full kitchen (Gato Casa). I booked my room directly on the website, (which was very informative and easy to navigate) with my personal needs/concerns in the comments section. I received an email shortly thereafter confirming the first floor room would be available on the dates I requested. Communication - I asked a few questions via email about the room and Warren was very quick to respond, I think it took longer for me to respond to him than he did to me. Even during my stay he responded quickly to any concerns or requests that I had. Arriving at the Inn - Upon arrival, Warren met me at the door and helped me with my bags (something I was not expecting) He was very helpful and showed me around the first level. The Inn is absolutely stunning. As Warren explained the house rules and gave me a verbal tour of the upstairs dining area. He was very warm and receptive of my needs, especially my dietary needs. I didn't feel judged in any way, I felt welcome. Security - The Inn is secured with a key-fob entry system, and the rooms had their own house keys. it was easier than the card systems at most hotels. Breakfast- Warren assured me it was no trouble to accomodate my dietary needs. However, we agreed that he could bring me some raw eggs so I can make them myself in the morning as my schedule would not allow me to have breakfast at the Inn, my training started before breakfast would be served, so this was the better arrangement for me. Although, I have to point out that he did offer to make me a "to-go" bag and drop it off the night before so I would have breakfast. The room - It was a bit cold for me (it was winter when I stayed there) a space heater was provided and I did use every night (thank you Warren!) Although there is a fireplace in the room, I didn't use it I'm not one for setting fires indoors. I don't usually sleep well in hotel beds, but the king bed was surprisingly comfortable and I slept well from the first night. The walk in shower was wonderful, the water pressure was just right and the water was hot for the duration of my shower. Kitchen has a full size gas stove/oven which I prefer to cook on and is what I have at home - so all in all I felt "at home" a microwave oven, full size refrigerator and a coffee pot along with cooking/eating ware. WiFi was strong enough for browsing the web, shopping online, or checking emails. Not strong enough for gaming or streaming video. I used my hotspot to increase connectivity, which worked out great for me! I didn't use the room Entertainment system, so I can't comment on that, however there were 2 flatscreen Tv's in the unit and a DVD/VHS set up in the bedroom. So if that helps someone plan their trip with movies.. you'll know what kind to bring. Parking - the Inn doesn't have it's own parking area or assigned parking. There is a drop off/loading zone right in front of the door. During my stay, there was construction work being done on Elliot Street which limited parking. However, I never had trouble finding a spot in front of the Inn. I usually parked on Curly street, where I could see my car from my unit and could start it remotely in the morning - if that tells you how easy it was to find parking. Housekeeping - The entire Inn was immaculately kept - my room was tidied and towels refreshed every 2 days. Room mate - Felix was a great room mate - he didn't make a mess, didn't talk much, and didn't judge my cooking either.. LOL Thank you for allowing me to stay at your lovely Inn.. I hope to visit under more relaxed conditions in the future!

The Inn is now closedJust received an e-mail from the owners Warren and David to let me know that the Inn closed its doors for the last time on 25th July. Sad to see it go as this place was without doubt a gem. I visited the Inn back in Sept 2014 on one of my first road trips in the US and always vowed to find a way of returning before my road trips came to an end. Unfortunately it was not to be. I wish Warren and David all the best with their new venture and look forward to hearing of their future successes
