  Clean with comfortable bed

  I checked in at 4:15 AM and there was one receptionist and no other guests at the counter, he made me wait for 15 minutes before check in without any explanation. During check in, he asked me if i would like my meal to be Iftar or Sohoor and I chose Iftar, Next morning I asked the same receptionist (slim guy with glasses) if i can switch Iftar with Sohoor, he said that I have to come afternoon and ask the manager !!! Other receptionists were more helpful than and friendly him. Rooms and toilet were same as the photos good space and clean, bed was very comfortable, bedding and towels looked brand new. Housekeeping will not make your room unless you ask them. Food was Ok and check out was quick. so many seating areas at ground floor which we used after checking our and before going to airport . Haram is 15 minutes walk from Hotel and has more than 10 elevators in different locations, they get busy before prayer times. Over all it was good stay

  Avoid at Hajj

  Avoid at all costs at Hajj, not enough lifts per guests, food is very limited and average at best, management and reception staff are hopeless. be prepared to use the stairs 10+ floors daily and for the same money you could get a much closer hotel to haram, this hotel is 20 min uphill walk.

  Stay away at any cost!

  We have been here for the 2019's Hajj. I actually can't think of anything positive about this hotel. Quadriple room is small and you get the feeling that is not really genuine quadriple. Location is not the best; it is not far(900m) but you can still get better deals closer to the Haram. The hotel is extremely disorganised, they are clearly not prepared for busy seasons. Room service is poor; you need to call them to get your room cleaned. Food quality was terrible in the first few days but got a bit better after we complained. Going up and down by the left was an absolutely nightmare; we had a large Tunisian group staying with us with massive chaos around the left areas almost all day long. I had no hit water in my room in the last couple of days and I had to shower with cold water!

  Nice Hotel

  Stay 2 nights at Infinity Makkah hotel, I like there lobby & room, around 12 minutes walk from Haram, For young people no problem, but not recommendable for old ages people as it is situates on little hight.

  umrah perfect

  close to haram and lots of shops are available. barber and laundry same. saptco bus stand for madina very close. taxi available for all trips. convenient for families. hotel restaurant and breakfast very good.
