  Awesome!

  Im kicking myself for not having stayed here before!! I travel to Mildura for work fairly regularly and will definitely be staying here from now on. Beautiful big one bedroom apartment, well equipped kitchen, comfy lounge, everything is lovely and clean (even the wine glasses!!) and theres a huge big outdoor patio area. Seriously impressed

  Great size but has negatives

  No of Nights 1 No of people 2 (adults) Location Located within walking of Midura shopping area. It it also close to the river but does not have any views. Unit One bedroom unit that is semi self contained. The unit was large, clean and modern but fell short in a few areas. The unit attempted to provide some cooking facilties and crockery to eat from but they were minimal and not sufficent to make a proper meal. Also there was no sink in the area for cooking and eating. This was at the other end of the unit. There was a fridge but it was only a bar fridge. The actual bedroom had a skylight it it so when daylight the whole room lit up. The main room did have big windows that created a nice outlook. Bathroom The bathroom was big and modern. The shower was in the bath. The bath was high and this made it difficult to get into for both the bath and shower. Service and Facilities This was a self check in unit. That was fine and we were aware of this. However the access to the unit is up a large set of stairs with no lift. Also there is only off street parking for 2 of the 4 units. There was plenty of street parking. Shopping facilities and restaurants are within walking distance. Transport We drove to Midura and did not use any public Transport. We did notice there was a major train station near the unit and a domestic airport on the edge of the city. Value for Money This was modern large unit that is good value for money but you need to aware of some of the negatives. Positives Large clean and had a separate bedroom. Is close to the main city area. Negatives The unit is only partially self contained that is frustrating. The skykight in bedroom is not a great idea. The unit accessibility is difficult due to the stairs and bath even for fit and healthy people. Off street parking is not adequate for the number of units.

  Most comfortable stay Ive had in Mildura

  Ive tried several places now for business so its just me. I get here usually late so self check-in is ideal for me. Upon late arrival after driving 5hrs it was great to see a big open living space, clean and fresh facilities and some lights left on and the room heated. It beats the small motel rooms on busier roads. Stayed in 1a and had lots of light and just enjoyed the space to comeback to and relax. I agree its not a fully self contained kitchen but I knew that when booking. Will definitely book again if they are available as I regularly visit here and this will be my first preference from now on. Simon

  Great escape

  Great escape from the everyday life at home. The apartments are about a 10 minute walk from Langtree Mall. One bedroom apartment is a good size. Everything you need for a getaway. We would recommend and look forward to a return visit.

  I guess this is just a case of greed. Tried to sort it out with owner but was just told that the situation was unfortunate. Could not recommend this place. The cleanliness of the place was also disappointing. Under furniture was putrid. Apartment is located next to a night club so be prepared to be kept awake until 2am with doof doof doof vibrating through the walls. Would have been nice if that had the courtesy to disclose this.
