  Good hospitality

  The warm hospitality and professional staff. Amazing food and room service. All amenities present at the resort are very well provided like meals, laundry, gym, live music. The management and staff takes real interest in your activities be it leisure or sight seeing. The resort really made our trip awesome.

  Comfortable Stay

  Good Service. Check In and Checkout process was very quick. Spacious Rooms. Polite Staff. We fully enjoyed our stay there. The Food was good. Stayed for 2 nights. Buffet spread was good and tasty. The only little problem was the speakers in the restaurant.

  Luxurious Suites Rooms

  The hotel is just located at bus stand of Dalhousie. Only weakness is that there is no valley or hill view is available at hotel. But but but the atmosphere of hotel is very good. The rooms are very luxurious. One more thing whenever you go there always book the room with 2 meals or MAP plan. The food is very much tasty.

  A luxury 3 star property, best value for money, awesome food

  First of all, let me clear one thing here. This hotel is a 3-star property, even though the hotel website and agents would claim for it to be 4-star. There is no pool, no mountain or valley view, standard size televisions, no big garden area. Despite all this, it is THE best 3-star property I have ever stayed in. Also, if you chose to plan your stay here, always go for MAP (Modified American Plan - Breakfast + Dinner). - Welcome drinks on arrival - Rooms are big and spacious. Lots of furniture in the room but doesn't seem cluttered. - Bedsheets, pillows, and blankets are clean - Bathrooms are big and clean. Also, you will find a Bathtub in your bathroom (something which I have never seen in any 3-star property) - Room service is quick and the entire staff is very friendly and always smiling - The best part about the hotel is the food. The buffet actually provides you a variety of options, both veg and non-veg. The food is delicious. Best soup I have ever tasted. There are only a couple of things I didn't like about the property. - No valley or mountain view from the window. - Wi-Fi is very slow. For anyone who wants to get some work done while staying here or wants to do video calls or even post stuff online, this might be a dealbreaker. - The game room lacked the amenities. TT table was there but with broken rackets and ball. The same goes for the pool table. Didn't use the gym or spa, so can't comment on those. All in all, the pros outweigh the cons and if you want a beautiful experience in Dalhousie without burning a hole in your pockets, this resort is the best choice.
