Relation between price and comfort o.k.I have visited Crakow for 8 days, solo. It is really an interesting place, recommendable to see. Accomodation no luxury room and bathroom but clean and roomy enough. Breakfast also well, staff friendly. Tram 300...400 m.

Nice and quiet place for good priceI stayed here with my coleague just for one night, but it was simple, clean, spacious and the receptionist was nice and helpful. The building and surrounding reminded me a little bit the communism era The location is not very good,it's far everywhere and there are no bus stops nearby,so you have to take a taxi to everywhere you go. But it is cheap.

NightmareMy friend reserved a room there for 3 persons. It was not cheap and we thought will be decent. O boy what a mistake. First for parking you need to pay and the gate did not worked, they need to come and open. Second, the building is from old communist times not renovated. When you walk upstairs, no elevator the floor.. you just need to see yourself because I do not have description. We walk in to the room which had own bathroom and was expansive Was like in an oven, we could not breath. We open the windows and door to make the air to move. My friends took the sheets from their blankets because that was winter blankets. The blankets was so old from old communist times and dirty. My was Ok, was thin and different. the bathroom, when my friend took a shower I yell on him why he float the bathroom, but when I took the shower I understand how the bathroom got all wet and there was only one towel pro person and we stay there for 2 days. There was one towel for step out from that shower and I used to pick up the water on the floor, help some, but was still wet floor. Next day I asked for extra towel and the lady downstairs was nice and brought me extra towel for the floor. She know the showers was a problem.

Poor locationMaps can be deceiving. This hostel is a lot further out of Kraków than it looks. The room was tidy but had a curtain missing which meant street light came into the room the whole night. Shared kitchen was smelly - especially the fridge. Shared bathroom facilities were OK. Staff were friendly but werent very helpful when it came to tourist attractions - they didnt seem know much about the attractions. They were helpful with public transport. It is a bit of a hike (10-15 minutes) go get to tram stop. A few places nearby to eat. Probably wouldnt recommend staying here but definitely visit Kraków!

Cheap and staff are niceThe few things I like about this hotel were - friendly staff - continental breakfast was about £3 Things I didn't like - the uncomfortable single beds - curtains not fitting the window, so the room never got dark. - pillows great for suffocating someone, no good for getting comfy I have stayed here on lads weekends before, rooms are ok if you just need to pass out somewhere. Not so good for a relaxing holiday. Other positives, a short walk to the team, which is about 90p to Krakow and the lovely staff are always happy to ring you a taxi and have snacks for sale at reception.
