  Best place to stay for coachella!

  Best resort to stay for coachella/stage coach! Ive been going to coachella for 5 years and always stayed in Palm springs with a long drive to the venue. This place is a block away from the yellow line entrance! Skip the hassle of getting stuck in a parking lot and have to drive at night. They have breakfast and bbq after hours so you dont have to go look for food after the festival. Friendly staffs and beautiful golf field + palm trees view for pictures!

  Fabulous Hotel & Food

  I made a late booking to stopover near to my son's apartment in Gurgaon to surprise him for his birthday. I booked into the Palms Country Club and was upgraded to a lovely king size suite overlooking the swimming pool. The room was fabulous and the bed extremely comfortable. The shower was ideal for a wake me up in the morning, followed by a plentiful breakfast with great selection of food on offer. I would definitely recommend this hotel to any type of traveller and looking forward to staying there again in early 2020. Unfortunately, I could only stay the 1 night as hotel was fully booked for rest of my visit.

  Indian Palms Country Club and resort

  This is a combination of a number of homeowners associations many of which have Rentals both short-term and long-term. Theres a wonderful lifestyle club which includes tennis and pickle ball in an outstanding indoor workout facility with classes. There are three nine hole golf courses, none of which are in very good shape compared to other golf courses in the area, but the green fees are quite reasonable and there is a fun nine hole scramble every weekend mostly for the locals. Theres a bar and restaurant which makes it convenient, but the food and service is quite sketchy. The biggest downside is the traffic area to from the main gate gets quite congested. With music festivals right across the street the month of April is going to be very congested, dusty, and inconvenient traffic wise. Also, even though its a gated community there is quite a bit of minor theft which is a real inconvenience.

  Beware!!!

  Made a reservation on THEIR website on Saturday for a one night stay Sunday and received a confirmation email immediately. Drove 12 hours and arrived to a empty parking lot and a note on the office door to call if you have a reservation. I called and a women answered hello, ummm is this a hotel I asked? She went on to tell me that the internet is down and can not give us a room. They wouldnt know what rooms are clean or dirty. What a complete let down after traveling all day, exhausted, and over 100 degrees to add to the sh*t show. Making the reservation on THEIR website, they have all my info to either call, email or text that there is a problem. VERY DISAPPOINTED, be sure to call.

  Nightmare

  We had booked for 2 days and 2 rooms. When we got there a note on the door said to call the number listed to get our keys. The 1st room #104 had a ring around the toilet, no washcloths or hand towels. The worst one bed had dirty sheets. The 2nd room was a little bit better but again we had 3 people in the room and only 1 washcloth and 1 hand towel. It was clearly stated in our reservation that 3 guest would be in this room. After the 1st night our room was not cleaned, beds not made and no clean towels were brought to our room. Rm 104 had the sheets changed and beds made but toilet was STILL dirty. When we went to check out there was an employee sitting on the couch, another employee standing behind the manager and of course the manager behind the desk. When I told her about our experience she seemed very cold. She said they only clean the room when requested by guest. I said what about the cleaning of the toilet and towels being brought in. She said because of the Corona virus they are short staffed. Well they didn't have other guest except for us. Maybe if the staff wasn't just sitting around they could get the few rooms they have to clean done.I said because of the virus is reason to have everything cleaned. Very disappointed and rooms look to be in need of upgrading as well as cleaned. I told her I would NEVER return and tell my friends about our awful experience. When you see the pics of this place you would think it's a nice place not true. Maybe in the process of cleaning they can get new staff. Not apologetic or desire to help out. Totally not worth the money paid, probably could of stayed at a motel 6 at the least.
