  Best locations to all Disney locations as well as wonderful restaurants. The surrounding areas are so beautifully kept. The weather is great and the people are very friendly. All year round there is plenty of activities available for everyone.

  Perfect.

  Recently stayed at the Indian creek area in Kissimmee. I was with my partner, daughter and mother-in-law. The location was perfect for our needs (theme parks and restaurants) the parks were a 10miniute drive away and easy to get to and restaurants and shops were 5mins away. I'd recommend staying in this area

  Nice area, good villa, friendly neighbours

  We have stayed at two of the villas in Indian Creek Boulevard and would recommend both. We stayed at 8052 last June. This is privately owned by a family from Kidderminster. They also own 8054, which was used by friends in February 2018, while we stayed at 8058, owned by a Dutch family at the same time. In all cases the villas were well presented and maintained. The area is a mixed private and rental estate and we got friendly with the man living opposite. Each had its own pool which was well used. We will be looking to stay there again. It is a nice area where people stop to say hello. We were very happy there, and it is less than15 mins from Disney. Happy memories of our stay. Just to say this is not set in a holiday area, no large pools or facilities, they are in other resorts of which there are plenty nearby. Not expensive for what is was .

  Villa Type - Lesleys Indian Creek Villa

  Had an absolutely fantastic time staying in Kissimmee, Florida and a lot of that come down to the location of the villa we booked and stayed at. Indian Creek is very central to all the parks, restaurants and Disney parks, the closest one being Animal Kingdom which is about 10 minutes away but they are all within 15 minutes drive. From this particular villa, Walmart is a 5 minute drive, the 192 with plenty of restaurants (fast food and table service) is about the same distance but you would never notice that as the villa location (Indian Creek) is very quiet. The villa itself is very spacious, Has 4 double bedrooms, a games room with a pool table and darts board, a generous size pool that my kids were always playing in, and free WiFi. There is a washing machine and separate tumble dryer and the usual TV channels you would expect. The house was presented well, in good order and was great value for money. We would definitely be renting this villa again!!

  Great position

  Indian creek villas are all of a good standard with beautiful private pools. Ideally located off formosa boulevard just off 192 mile marker 4/5. Quarter mile to amazing restaurants and winery just turn at the Harley Davidson store.
