  Nice clean hotel close to Freie University

  My room was clean and a reasonable size for the price. There didn't appear to be any air conditioning, but a window and door opened on to a small balcony so it was easy to get a nice breeze which kept the room at a comfortable temperature. I had a room facing the back, which was quiet. On some of the major bus routes. Pleasant, helpful staff. The buffet breakfast was adequate. They ran out of brewed coffee in the last half hour one morning but the server was happy to make me some Nescafe.

  Three days meetings in Berlin

  Location is very good attached to public traffic: Metrobus 48 circulates every ten minutes during the day. Hotel room was situated to the courtyard in the 4th floor, very quiet and good view over the roofs of the neighborhood. Unfortunately the cleanliness and room service did not meet our expectations: no proper cleaning, not fully equipped (a water warmer with two cups, but no tablespoons and coffee/tea-bags available. Even after the second day room-Service did not develop to satisfying cleanliness.

  Dreary hotel, but a good location

  The In-hotel was a disappointment. I chose it because I could walk to meetings, but will not stay there again. The room was small and worn, with cheap furniture and no phone. The bath and bed were fine, and the tv worked well. The promised wifi was balky at best. I would choose another place to stay.

  Great stay but ...

  I stayed five nights at this hotel, overage service was very good. Breakfast was excelent. Internet connection not what I expected, sometimes there wasn´t any. I never recovered the coat I forgot in the closet of the room, even that I called and send emails they simply could not give me a reference of it, they said the maid did not find it. I expected at least an email confirming they found it but nothing happened so far.
