    price/quality is poor

Ok... I spent in that hotel 2 weeks. I came here through a tourist agency and the price was really high for 3* hotel. But i had had a hope for the better because of the impression of stay in the 3* hotel H10 in Tenerife which cost much less. BUT i was mistaken.. Lets begin with pluses - food was good and cleaning was ok + good location (but its not an advantage because almost all hotels in coast part of Rimini are located in a good location). Minuses - stuff doesnt do anything with the first request (for example i asked for hairdryer 3 Times before i got it although it had to be in the room), room itself was ridiculously small and hot.. Air conditioner blew air directly to the bed and i caught really bad cold.. after that i didnt use it.. And bigger rooms are for the italian clients. In Rimini there are A LOT of hotels and im sure one can find much better place than Impero. P. S. I paid for 2 weeks stay with charter 3000 euro!!! So, its understandable why im not satisfied) PPS Sleep quality is poor.. noise from the street till midnight and staff start making noise and shouting at 7.30, 8:00 am...

    the smallest room ever !

travelling with a very small budget, I got a very very small room. The description on booking says 11 sq.m but my room had barely 8 sq.m - it was recently constructed on the roof of the hotel! The bathroom even smaller, you cannot enter the shower without turning sideways, the opening less than 60cm wide. Water pressure was weak and the water luke warm, not cold if you need it after a long day on the beach. Staff was reluctant to hand the key for the safe (saying that the guest keep loosing it). Breakfast could be upgraded with more variety. 70 tv channels, but not a single one in french, german or english. Only the hotel lobby is WiFi zone ! The staff use the roof terrace for drying sheets and blankets, so you get free wake up when they pull the trolley over the tiles. If you book a single room here, do not accept to be on the 4th floor !!! To be fair, some good memories as well: good and powerful AC, easy to use. The location is good, 150m from the beach, and they work with bagno 140 who are very nice. less than 10min from the train station, and shops and restaurants everywhere. To go to Rimini Centre, use Bus 11, running every 10-20 min until 1am

    simple and clean

Simple and clean hotel (I lived in a single person room). Very good location - near the beach and short walk to airport. Friendly staff. Every day the room was cleaned. Snow-white bed linen and towels.

We wish we were there now

Very welcoming atmosphere, fantastic staff, very kind and helpful.Good and abundant food and drinks. Clean comfortable room. Ideal location, very central and near to the beach and other attractions, shops, restaurants and bars. The environment feels safe and children are loved. I was pleasantly surprise to see that there is no traffic outside the hotel, the avenue is used mainly by pedestrians and little market stalls. As a family we have had a very positive experience and would definitely go there again.

    Excellent

Highly recommended. Great staff, food and accommodation. Close to the sea and local shops/entertainment. Location was well placed for visit to San Marino. Good value and wine free with meal. I understand the managment has now moved to the Hotel Calipso in the centre of Rimini - will visit there next time.
