  Just back from a 2 week stay, loved every minute,spotless apartment,food,pool area and bar are fantastic. Couldn't fault it. Looking forward to going back.Thank you everyone for looking after me. Helen.

  bargain place to stay but extremely unpleasant manager

  Having used the Imperial for many years, whilst Sunni was the friendly, helpful and approachable manager, we were much looking forward to a return visit here after a couple of years break. Sadly the new manager was a rude, confrontational and ignorant man, well in need of lessons in customer service. When we arrived there was some confusion with the booking dates, (which he suggested was a problem caused by us). We commented that we were not being given one of the 3 rooms that we had requested. His curt response was basically "guests don't decide what rooms they get, I tell them what they have". When I reported the broken shower in our room his immediate retort was "it was working before you arrived". On one occasion we took bottles of water from our room down to the pool area - the manager instructed one of his staff to tell us clearly that only drinks from the bar area were allowed by the pool. A couple of other guests mentioned to us that he had tried to charge them double the normal cost for air conditioning and only relented when they said they'd go without. The rest of the staff, especially the cleaning lady, were all pleasant, but we kept out of the way of the manager as much as we could. We won't be returning.

  Imperial Apartments Great place to stay

  Our 8th year at imperial, and it only gets better. Most rooms no modernised with walkin showers. Lovely mood lighting and bright clean decor. Pool great albeit cold. Staff great, very friendly and helpful. Good drinks at the bar. Lovely food and plenty of it. If you get chance to try the bbq night go for it. You won't be disappointed. Only a small place 20 rooms. Some attic rooms. Rest 1 bedroom apartments. Maid service is brill. It has been different this year due to covid,but still a great holiday. Lots of repeat customers returning each year. Old friends met again and new friends made. WELCOME TO YOUR TURKISH HOME

  Lovely apartments

  Lovely modern spacious refurbished apartments, that were cleaned daily. Great location, right next to the Migros supermarket with plenty of restaurants close by. Used the bar at the property, which was reasonably priced. Would have used the restaurant but we stayed right at the end of the season so it was closed, which was no issue for us. WiFi is ok in the bar area, but drops in and out in the room, very common in numerous properties we have stayed in within Icmeler. The staff are very friendly and always make a effort to talk to you. Thank you for a lovely stay, we will definitely be visiting again. The Burrows family!

  Turkish Home from Home

  We stay at the Imperial every year. Great clean and comfortable modern apartments recently refurbished. Decent size bathroom with double size walk in shower. Apartments are cleaned daily with fresh towels and bedding changed on a regular basis. Cleaner is friendly always a smile and very hard working. Decent size pool with walk in steps. Bar and restaurant on site serving refreshing cocktails Strawberry Daiquiri my favourite. Lots of good food choice for breakfast ,lunch or dinner. Apartments are in a central location very close to supermarkets, shops and restaurants. Friendly atmosphere . Already booked for next year.
