  Fantástico alojamiento en un edificio historico.

  No se puede definir como un hotel, porque es algo más. Tampoco es lujo, es distinto. Alojarse en la antigua escuela islámica del Imaret de Kavala es una experiencia para los sentidos. Vistas excelentes, habitaciones casi mágicas, y el servicio del restaurante digno de un palacio de un sultán. Quien viaje por Macedonia no debe perdérselo.

  Lugar de reposo en Palacio medieval

  La habitación parece sacada de los cuentos de las mil y una noches, sin televisión para mayor tranquilidad de la estancia. Baño con decoración en cobres antiguos. Luz tenue toda la noche por faroles árabes. Cama muy cómoda y detalles de hospitalidad y de limpieza

  BEST HOTEL IN KAVALA..NO DOUBT

  This hotel is definetly the best choice for Kavala. It has a magical charm. Staff is very polite and well educated. Rooms are amazing, When we stayed there was a opera at the pool area, talian opera and this was a good touch with guests. What I just want to say is that the breakfast was a bit disappointed , I expected much more considered one. Scrambled egg was in a small bowl, maybe you can put it on a bread and some side veggies. No olives in Greece at breakfast was interesting. Dinner menu is so limited, just 7-8 things thats it. You can add some traditional meze and more salad maybe. By the way we asked from the waitress and although they have no meze for dinner she did her best and ask kitchen to prepare some for us , that was really lovely. overall I liked maret. Thanks

  VERY unfriendly and impolite employees

  I am half greek, my father is from that region, I LOVE Thrace, the people and the environment, just everything about it. My wife is an architect and we are both always very interested in discovering interesting and special things, sometimes we also don't care ifit costs a lot. So we thought, "let's visit the Imaret..." a very expensive and beautiful hotel for greek conditions, butif it is good we don't care spending a lot. So we visited Imaret and explained to the waaitress, that we would like to take a look at he commodities and rooms if possible, we were told, that there's an organized tour every half hour. We clearly stated that we would like to take that tour. Then we waited approx. 15 minutes and asked again for that tour and were told, that the tour already started andthat we can't join... I was quite embarrassed but thought "never mind, this can happen" and told her again andemphasized, that we would REALLY like very much to take the next tour...used the time to drink a freddo (which was good, they served some very, very good sweets aside, a Macaron and a micro tarte au citron, price was about 20 for the2 coffees). In the meantime we asked again for the tour, then it was again to late to join...really, really strange. I really am not someonewho likes to argue, but I wanted someone responsible to let know, that we are not pleased at all of how everything went, but instead of excusing and helping us to take a look at the hotel that woman told us, we have to go next door or so and ask for the tour there(!) What kind of awful service is that? Couldn't that have been communicated from the start? My wife was already very upset, but Isaid "come on don't care for that bad service, let's still go there and take a look". We went there and were told, that the tour costs 5. I was veeeery angry, not because of the price, but because of the catastrophic organization and communication is this establishment. I guess the customers they want there are rich idiots who throw around their money and don't even appreciate this wonderful building. Anyway, I pity, that I got that angry, because idiots like those people, who work at this hotel are not worth my attention at all, and Iregret, that we wasted 1,5 hours of our valuable lifetime there.
