  De las mejores vistas que he tenido!

  Si bien se encuentra en el centro, está del otro lado del río, y por ende a unas cuadras de la zona de mayor movimiento; sin embargo TODO COBRA SENTIDO cuando entrás a la departamento y disfrutás de la magnífica vista de la ciudad. Respecto a la habitación, son departamentos muy bien equipados. Muy buena atención en el lobby. 100% recomendable. AGO2018

  Poor form Marco!

  Currently staying here now in a 2 bedroom sky apartment. It's tiny and squishy and run down inside with deep thick scratch marks all over the wooden floors. Tiny windows in the tiny rooms that just fit queen beds, rooms with crappy views of the aircon engine rooftop from bedrooms. Pool restrictions with Covid with 6 people in the water at a time and 45 minute intervals. We waited till 4.00pm to get a spot for the pool, go there and there's 10 people in the water so we sit and waited for 15 minutes till we had enough of waiting as nobody would get out of the water? So rules are enforced but not manned by any staff. Don't be fooled by the pool pictures (I'd say 2 meters wide by 6 meters long) it's very very small and looked at capacity with 10 people in it! Would not stay here again and would definitely not recommend. I've stayed at much better apartments for a similar price.

  Over priced camp sites in the sky

  My husband, myself and our 3 children stayed at your imagine marco resort Sunday 10th of January. Originally we were booked in for both the 10th and 11th of January but due to the incompetence and lack of communication between your staff we cut our holiday short. Yesterday after driving 2 and a half hours to come stay my husband decided to freshen up and have a shower. This is when our whole experience turned horrible. The shower in room 3506e flooded the bathroom. My husband rang downstairs and they came to check and told us it was definitely not right but unfortunately could not be fixed until morning and the best they could do was clean it up with towels and noone else could have a shower until the problem was fixed. Again my husband went down and spoke to Nathan and we were informed that the earliest they could get someone to look at it was 9am when maintenance came in, my husband ask if it was possible to be moved and they said there were no rooms available for the night but he would send someone up right on 9am the next morning. It gets to almost 9:15 this morning and noone has come up nor has anyone rung to say what was happening. My husband then rang reception as we wanted to go out for the day and couldn't until we showered it was then we were informed that maintenance wouldn't be there until possibly 10am. They then offered us a different room because house keeping had been in early to clean it yet noone rang us earlier to offer this option despite knowing we were waiting around for maintenance to fix the shower before we could go out. After a discussion we opted to take the other room when it was evident that it was our only option or sit around and wait until someone finally got there to fix the shower yet no discount was offered for the room on the 26th floor even though Nathan had informed us the night before that anything under 27th floor was not classed as sky room and was cheaper and once getting to the room it was evident that it was a big down grade from the previous room we had been in for the night. When I mentioned this we were then offered to be moved again once another room became available but yet again we would have to move all our stuff and wait God knows how long for another room which would mean we would of still be stuck waiting all day in a hotel room. If I wanted to sit around in my pjs all day or sit around bored waiting I'd have stayed at home and if I wanted to go without a shower I would of gone camping. So basically we paid $209 for an over priced camp-site in the sky.

  Well appointed modern apartment - great location

  Easy walking distance to southbank and quick access to freeways. very clean and modern - perfect for my daughter and I as large walk in robe for all our bags etc. toiletries good quality . staff very helpful.

  Pleasantly suprised.

  We were lucky enough to be gifted a nights stay at Imagine Marci. To our suprise we were allocated a room on the 36th floor. Room was small but since we wereonly there for one night it was comfortable. The views were great and the room clean. Only downside was the length of the power cord for the kettle. Very hard to make a coffee when the short cord and power points are lengths apart. We had to settle to placing the kettle ontop of the microwave, which is not really a safe place. Though the room was clean, it would benefit from a paint makeover. The staff were friendly and polite. Location is great. Thankyou Imagine Marco, though the room could do with a spruce up, the stay was refreshing.
