  No volveremos

  Nuestra estancia en este hotel ha sido bastante mala,empezaré por lo malo,la comida pésima poca variedad,repetitiva,la fruta ha escepción de la sandia, las uvas y el melón era lo único que había y eso solo por la noche al mediodia los postres brillaban por su ausencia,el todo incluido es un fiasco ,la limpieza de las habitaciones era pésima el baño no lo han limpiado durante toda la estancia,si vas con niños olvidate del entretenimiento no existe. Ahora diré lo positivo ,las piscinas están impecables así como las zonas comunes, hay mucha tranquilidad en el hotel y todas las habitaciones tienen vistas al mar. Justo al lado del hotel está la parada del autobus que te lleva a la mayoría de los sitios. Ha sido una pena de estancia pero lo tenemos claro no volveremos al mismo hotel.

  great experience in a cracking location

  I have just come back from a weeks stay at this hotel, Aug 2nd - 9th. I tend not to bother with reading too much into the negative reviews and judge by my own experiences. We had a very warm welcome from Chris on arrival with a temperature check and quick run through of hotel policies.Room 91 turned out to be clean and recently refurbished with cracking sea view ( most unexpected! ) from the balcony and easy access from the front to the large pool area. The beds and towels are changed every 3 days which suited us fine. Meals were frequent and varied and catered for all dietary needs. Always something on offer if other choices were not to personal tastes. The complex offers an excellent location right on the beach front with its wonderful sea views over the bay. We found it to be great value for money and are surprised by a few of the negative comments on trip advisor. Remember holiday makers you are paying for a 2 0r 3 star hotel so lower your expectations of a 5 star service and you shall enjoy your stay. Pefkos is only a 15 min walk for the local bars shops and restraunts. big mention to Liz behind the main bar and Chris for his hard work and general cheery attitude. We were only slightly disappointed that our daughter was not allowed to visit us on our Wedding anniversary and her 30th birthday at the hotel. Well done to the team , we had a cracking vacation.   Wonderful experience

  Rare to write a review.. but in this instance its a must! The hospitality at this hotel is 5 star, warmth and friendliness is genuine. The food is great quality and whilst we did choose to eat out on a few occasions (beach bar at Palm Bay hotel - 5 minutes walk highly recommended) that was nothing to do with lack of choice at the hotel. The view is unbelievable and plenty of sunbeds for all at the 2 pools and beachfront. Spotlessly clean in all areas, rooms modern and great balconies. We had a problem with our shower and it was fixed immediately. Water sports at lardos also recommended. They pick you up at the hotel and drop back, boat hire for the day very reasonable. Chris and your wonderful family, lovely costas. thank you for looking after us and your incredible hard work. We will be back, and if you are reading and looking to book in pefkos I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Marc, Ali and Harry

  Very friendly hotel

  Hotel was very clean and staff were very friendly. They dealt with the covid issue very well and we always on top of things. The pools were always clean and well maintained. Food was a little basic but considering the times we are in they did well and always found something to eat. The hotel is a little away from shops and bars however that helped towards a quiet holiday. A little tip go to the lunch for food as the menu is in my opinion better than the evening meal. Bedrooms were nice and clean and sheets and towels replaced every 3rd day. Views from the rooms are excellent overlooking the sea. We will be back again in the future and thanks once again to Chris, Domaniqua , Kostos and the 2 lovely ladies from the restaurant for a lovely holiday.

  Wonderful place

  we were here from the 22nd August to the 1st September, it was brilliant!the owners of the hotel and their staff were so friendly and lovely!they did a great job of looking after us and keeping us safe in this covid crazy time!the food was amazing ,really tasty and well cooked,the pools were good,my 3 children loved them and were in them practically all day!!lizzie at the bar was great,made the best busy lizzies!!!they are a must!and all staff very helpful and kind ,we had the best time and will be returning next year,hopefully!dont forget to apply your mascara 3 times
