  Everything was great

  Due to the heavy rain in the Saga area, landslide, flooding combined with series of road closures forced us to spend 5 hours from Fukuoka, even though we anticipated that and started we early. We arrived the front desk at 8:45pm and the lady was kind enough to offer dinner at the Terrace Restaurant which was included in my package deal when we were supposed to arrive by 8:00pm. The food at the restaurant was excellent and staffs are professional. There are a number of foreign origin staffs who speak English. We stayed at the Bark Lodge. The room looks brand new, spacious, clean and has a great view. Although occasionally, I was able to smell dog odour in some area. I am a dog person so it did not really bother me and hardly noticeable. We travelled with my daughter and did not manage to go to the beach nearby or the Island Lumina due to the rain. But the onsen (hot spring) and the indoors kids playground are good enough to keep us occupy. Finally, I need to heap praise again to dinner shift staffs of the Terence Restaurant again on the 28th August. We are deeply sorry for delaying you to finish your shift. Your professionalism had not gone unnoticed.

  Great hot spring hotel for little kids

  We stayed in Nagi Hotel with two little kids both of 1 year old. The hotel can accommodate two baby cribs (or cots) in the room. The room view is lovely with a big terrace facing the ocean. We chose the half board option so we didnt need to worry about food. There is a kids playroom which was fantastic. The location is perfect if you have a car. It is like going to a resort in the mid Pacific (except the temperature as we were there in Oct).

  Rest days

  On our tour of Japan, we decided in between the rugby and the travel to have a few days here to recuperate. What a beautiful and serene place, facilities were spotless and very comfortable. Staff were friendly and very helpful with all our needs. Another amazing place. Thank you i +Land.

  nice resort

  ISLAND LUMINA modern decoration, comfortable bedding and atmosphere onsens with beautiful view , family onsen is good as well joined tour at ISLAND LUMINA...worth trying really enjoy the relaxing trip there

  Hotel and Onsen

  We went to the hotel for the spa and onsen. There's one on the main hotel grounds and another across the parking lot. Very traditional and relaxing. The traditional dinner is a must have at the gorgeous restaurant with the view of the bay.
