  Full 90-staying-nights review [UNCENSORED]

  -- Portugues Hospedei-me por 90 dias neste hotel localizado em Pomigliano Darco, e compartilho minhas impressões: O hotel localiza-se na zona industrial da região, com difícil acesso a pé justificado pela ausência de iluminação nos arredores, aliado aos diversos pontos de prostituição próximos à entrada de carros do Hotel. Uma das rotas de acesso encontra-se ao lado de um terreno baldio utilizado por sem-tetos como boca de fumo próximo também do lixão usado pelos(as) prostitutos(as) da região. O centro da cidade fica a 15 min a pé ou 5 min de carro. O hotel não possui avisos de Não perturbe para serem colocados à porta quando nenhuma intervenção é necessária, portanto é sugerido buscar no Google por modelos para imprimir. Em todos os meus 90 dias de hospedagem, iniciados ao fim do verão italiano e durante ínicio do inverno, os 2 quartos em que fiquei possuíam uma central de Ar condicionado / Aquecedor, porém o ar-condicionado só funcionava após 3 ou 4 reclamações à recepção. Uma rápida avaliação com outros hospedes demonstrou que eles desregulavam o ar-condicionado para não esfriar. Minha solução foi comprar ventiladores para usar no quarto, o qual era abafado devido ao uso de pesado carpete por todo o espaço, o qual se mostrou aquecido para os períodos de frio. Internet:quartos somente dispunham de rede wireless, e o hotel não possuía internet de qualidade. Por 2 vezes assisti o técnico da operadora local a cabear e dimensionar maiores pacotes de banda para os hospedes.Poucas foram as vezes em que a rede não entrava em total colapso e se tornava off-line. O único lugar que a internet não caia era na recepção. Como solução sugiro comprar pacotes 3G das operadoras locais, pois o hotel não dispõe de internet de qualidade. Banheiros apresentaram limpeza e higiene satisfatórios. Área dos banheiros é pequena, com portas batendo umas nas outras. Iluminação dos quartos é precária com luz-conforto de baixa luminescência. Não existe cofre de segurança nos quartos. Testemunhei um furto de veículo dentro das dependências do estacionamento em 9 de Novembro de 2013. O site apresenta o hotel com disposição de piscinas e áreas de lazer, porém as mesmas formam um clube recreativo que à época eram administrados pelo filho do hotel principal e portanto eram empresas indepententes sendo cobradas taxas individuais para acesso. Eu diria Propaganda enganosa. Equipe de limpeza eficiente, com qualidade única no tratamento diário dos quartos. Restaurante do hotel apresenta excelente cardápio de qualidade. A equipe de atendimento é a melhor da região. Resumo: Manutenção de baixa qualidade, serviços medianos, restaurante de alto nível, equipe do restaurante com atendimentos excelentes. Hotel recomendado como última opção para aqueles que estejam na região. Único hotel na região. -- English I just stayed for 90 nights in this hotel at Pomigliano Darco. Here are some of my impressions: The hotel is on the industrial area, so its hard to get by on foot because there is no light around on the streets and there are so many unsafe points such as prostitutions and drugs close to it. You can get downtown in 15 min by foot or 5 min by car. There were no No disturb signals available so unless someone google and print some signal templates they wont. Expect disturbance if not. The air conditioner went on only for 2 or 3 nights in all of those 90 days. And thats because I had to argue with the reception desk as they dont leave it on 24x7. It could be they were taking it cheap but I dont think so. Heater worked like hell anyway, no matter if summer or winter. So I just bought some fans witch helped but not much since the room is carpeted and air blows dry.During winter nights was normally warmed tough. Internet: only wi-fi poorly available on the bedrooms. High speed Quality would be asking way too much so after I just tried to helped the local internet tech guy I decided to buy some 3g Modems and then I was settled Bathrooms were cleaned but too small. Doors would slam on each other eventually. Weak bedroom ilumination. There were no safety vaults on the bedrooms. On the night of November 9th of 2013 I witnessed a breaking on a car parked on the hotel parking lot. The home page shows a pool and leisure areas as available for the regular guest. It turns out since those areas are run by the hotel owners son people are supposed to pay some high cost fees to get in, no matter if guest or not. Great Cleanning team, with bedrooms clean as Sunshine days. Hotel restaurant was the best, some great italian dishes, great menu and outstanding team to help you with. Probably the best around. Just to finish: Low Quality maintenance, poor services, high level restaurant, restaurant team Works greatly. Id only recommend it as a last option for those around as its indeed the only one around.

  Good for business travellers

  We booked this hotel for a last minute business trip due to it being located close to the industrial centre, looking at previous post horrid thoughts went through my mind. What we got was a pleasant surprise, hotel looks recently renovated, room was ok and had everything you'd need. We even arrived late but still we were welcomed in the restaurant and the service and meal quality was excellent.

  No service

  We arrive on a sunday and were met by one bad mood person deliver ouer keys. No smile or welcome.aftee Chek in we like take a swim But that was not possible because it had been rain in the morning??7 houers ago.We were mot even aload to use a sun bed of the same reason.breakfast is only some warm juice served in plastic cup,boxes of jam some croasang. No one speak english on this place and everything around this place is cover by garbage.They cant tell you were to go if you Ask them about advise for things to do or eat.wifi is only in the reseption area.only italyen TV channels.The beds are ok for sleeping and they do have a free parking. Use your money somewere else.

  Works for business trips

  The hotel is located in an industrial area so it is good if you are attending meetings in the area. There is a trainstation in walking distance so it is possible to get to the town center for 2. The rooms are a little worn and you can hear your neibours and also the train och road on the outside. The staff was wery serviceminded and helpfull.

  Odd experience

  Ive never been to a hotel like this. For one thing, it looks great on the outside, and walking into the lobby youd think this is a superb place that fully deserves its four stars. LOL. The inside of the hotel is worn, you can tell the place isnt being looked after. The windows in the rooms dont open all the way, some sockets and lights dont work (depends on the room). It has been a strange experience because of the way the staff behaves. First of all, the word that comes to mind is lazy. Very lazy. I called the front desk to fix our window not being able to open, a nice girl comes to our room and opens it. Next day, aftr room service had done their thing, the window cannot be opened anymore, they unfixed it. Due to the socket on my side of the bed not working, I unplugged the TV to charge my phone. Room service plugged it back in. That detail they did notice and for some reason decided to plug the TV back in, but they didnt notice the window not being able to open and the main light in the room not working. I also called them for the same window issue in my parents room, said theyd fix it but didnt. In other hotels youd have your minibar replenished, but here this is not the case. I could have enjoyed a cold beer upon returning to the room in the evening, but they were busy unfixing the window and making sure the TV that we werent using was plugged in, I guess they didnt have the time to check the minibar. Breakfast was lousy as the food selection is extremely poor, both in quality and in quantity. I did like the croissant, though. Note: if youre having really poor breakfast service, like the plates being restocked very slowly or not at all, its probably because all of the food is being served to the Italians who are staying at the hotel. One of our group wandered into the wrong section of the breakfast area and saw a far richer spread with eggs, fruit and the like being served to Italians. If youre not Italian, bad luck i guess. The patio is a special story. In part due to the windows not opening and the temperatures being high, we decided to go outside on the patio to have some drinks and hang out. As we left it, with bottles and glasses there, everything was found exactly the same the next evening. Nothing had been cleaned. Maybe that was our duty as guests, I dont know. Some people called the water to serve them drinks on the patio, he would come to bring the drinks, but paid no mind to the other stuff there that needed cleaning up. So we decided to help them snd gathered the glasses and bottles in place, maybe theyll notice them, maybe not. Also, in the morning people would like to have a smoke after breakfast, but for some reason it is not allowed to go out onto the patio during the day. This is also the first time Ive seen a hotel appear to not have decided on its prices. Several people in our group ordered various drinks and we realized that there was not a case of two people ordering the same drink for the same price. It would be three, five or six euros for whatever youd have and the guy before you ordered the same thing but got a different price. Ridiculous. The seem to make prices up on the fly so if you catch one of the staff in a good mood, maybe you can get all kinds of drinks at a really low price. As we checked out, they didnt bother to ask anyone about taking things from the minibar, we volunteered our euros for grabbing a couple of beers. I guess they forgot about the minibars. To sum up, if the price isnt high, and youre in a group, you can stay here if you want to have a laugh. You need a group for this, but we were laughing histerically when discussing all the things that had happened to us in this hotel. FFS. Btw the high rating is due to the laughs and the good nights sleep we got.
