  Best hotel in bacoli!

  I love this hotel ,i've been for 3 days and it's been really good:the hotel is clean and really comfortable,the restaurant is the top in flegrea area like cooking fish! I raccomandate this hotel for everyone.

  Viaje en familia

  El hotel está ubicado a 20/30 minutos de auto desde Napoles. Las habitaciones son cómodas y amplias, la vista desde la terraza, es increíble. La atención del personal es excelente. El desayuno es muy completo y delicioso. El hotel cuenta con restaurant.

  Beautiful vacation spot

  Lovely views of the bay and surrounding areas at the charming hotel. People are so attentive and strive to perfection in every interaction. A pleasure to stay - and we are remembered each year we stayed.

  Dont go there for a Holiday unless your planning a wedding there.

  My husband and I have had many holidays in Italy this is the first time I feel compelled to write a review as bad as the experience in this hotel. We stayed a week in this place. This is a venue for weddings, if your there for a holiday dont go your in their way! The staff are unhelpful and miserable. I asked if there were any buses near by and was told No we went for a walk and there was a bus stop at the end of the road. The restaurant is closed if theres a big wedding going on, so if you have no transport you would need to pay 35 there and back if you want to eat in the evening. I would say its a rather limited menu choice in the restaurant. The hotel pictures show a swimming pool, but its where the weddings are held so you cant go there. In fact they dont want you anywhere near the guests if theres a wedding going. On arrival/departure there is no help offered to get your bags up/down 3 flights of stairs. The final insult was from the receptionist when we left. We paid our bill, she did not say thank you, hope you had a good stay or even say goodbye. Im so angry. The only saving grace was the breakfast waiter and the driver of the shuttle bus Salvatore. You need that shuttle bus to get to the beach and back but only during the day, evening. A stunning location and a beautiful hotel but we were glad to leave.

  Beautiful setting with views to die for

  This hotel is so lovely and our room was gorgeous with lovely views of Baiae harbour from our balcony.The breakfast was good but only downside was your where served one coffee from the bar, it would of been nice to have a coffee machine. There is a wedding most days but they never really bothered us. It got rather noisy one night as they where going home but lingered in the carpark laughing, chatting etc which was under our room, but once we shut the balcony door it was quiet. The shuttle bus is a life saver and there is a large supermarket down the hill towards Baiae which took us about half hour slow walking there and back. We would go back as it really is a beautiful location.
