  nice place for a family

  The residence hotel "Conero 2" is a very good structure in Numana. I stayed in formula hotel but there is also a formula residence. The room are mini apartment , very clean and fully equipped with all comforts : the bathroom has a large shower with massaging water splashing ! Paolo , his sister and his mother are the family owner of the structure, they are very kind people. The breakfast (if you stay in formula hotel is included) is very good, you will find cakes, pastries and fresh yogurt : it's all home made !!! If you want , it's possible to rent (in formula hotel is included) a mountain bike to until the 20 o'clock every day. There are also a gym and wellness center (not included) . Nice place for a family !

  Vere vacanze!

  Gracias Paolo y Paola los hemos visitado por segunda vez las primeras tres semanas de julio, como en nuestra primera vez hace dos años no nos hemos sentido defraudados de la eleccion. La formula Residence respecto de instalaciones es excelente, ademas de haber disfrutado siempre de vuestra cordialidad y eficiencia. Sin duda repetiremos la experiencia!   A newish complex with clean and tidy rooms with basic kitchen facilities. A family self catering holiday stay, with a communal feel. I found our room to be dark, and the lighting was not good- one low wattage ceiling bulb and two bedside lamps. For non European visitors- no kettle to make tea tiny bathroom in our double bed room- fine for a few nights but not for a week or more. good storage air conditioning worked well. Communal laundry, dryer and drying rack. housekeeping was good- except they did like you out of your room between 10am and 2pm so they could clean the rooms to their own timetable. Our room was on the ground floor and each room had a small 'balcony' for sitting out at night with a glass of vino. Breakfast (included) in the dining room each morning. The owners were very helpful and kind- and went to some trouble to help us with an adaptor for our laptop. Unfortunately, this was absolutely the worst bed we had in 8 weeks of travel. Many of the beds appear to be of the trundler/sofa bed variety like ours- so be warned and check first. Pool area tidy with sun loungers and sun umbrellas. wifi connection was paid for and was not an entirely reliable connection. handy to the coast and other settlements- but like most of the popular parts of the Italian coast there is no view because it is so built up. This was a last minute booking in the high season, but it was a comparatively expensive rate, when compared with other hotels/motels we stayed in. We gave up on the Conero National Park coast - limited beach access- either wall to wall umbrellas or rocks- and headed inland to Cingoli for a day trip- well worth the visit. A small town with an interesting history and stunning views.

  A relaxing holiday

  If you want a quiet relaxing hotel in lovely accommodation with a swimming pool and also a beach nearby look no further than Residence Il Conero 2 in Numana Italy. Fly to Bologna, train to Ancona and be picked up by Paolo. We had a lovely holiday here this July (our second visit). Our hosts could not have been kinder, there are excellent restaurants nearby as well as the local weekly market. If you want to be more energetic there is aquagym in the pool most mornings(great fun) and there are also boat trips available as well as bike hire. Numana is where the Italians go on holiday and you can see why.

  A beautiful place!!!

  We stayed at Residence il Conero 2 for 3 weeks in August. Paola and her family are very nice, helpful and attentive. Their courtesy is exceptional. The apartment is very nice and clean. The beach is 5 minutes walk from the residence.There are several grocery stores in walking distance.The swimming pool is a plus. The residence is ideal for families with children. We really hope to be able to go back next year. I really recommend it.
