  Summer Relaxation

  We have stayed at Il Casale for two years now and in the same villino. The property grounds are great and the place is serene and relaxing. Few minutes from the beaches of Bergeggi and the beautiful FinalBorgo. THe staff is helpful and polite and the food is quite good. In addition there are a few typical restaurants and pizzeria's near by that serve very inexpensive and great food.

  Awsome!

  I traveled with my 11 years old twins. The place is really quite, perfect to relax! The "Casale" is a beautiful building, well maintained and clean. Easy to park whatever time We had the junior suite: an amazing room with all conforts: spa, relaxing chairs and double Jacuzzi in the room. The heated outdoor swimming pool it's a plus! The breakfast is simply delicious! Despite it's not the tipical family hotel (more for couples or adults groups) all the staff was very nice with my kids. They also offered us their delicious fruits (apricots, peaches, cherries...) for our snack. The price is really worthy for the quality offered. I only regret not being able to taste the restaurant... I'll not miss the chance my next time there!

  Nice place with old villa´s and a good restaurant

  We went here with the family (boys of 13/15) and stayed in one of the villa´s. We had a great time but we don´t think this is a great place for boys of this age. The pool is nice but not for playing. Then there´s another pool, away from the nice pool of the pictures. The villa was good but old on the inside. It all had the looks from the 80, dark and brown. The kitchen is small and the cookings pans were not all good for the electric cooker. Furhtermore the pans did not match the lids..... Luckily we had airco in the villa, but almost every night it went off. We were told what to do to get it working again. The restaurant was good and we had two good diners in this place. The staff was very nice and the food is good with good taste. In all: mixed feelings because part was good and part was less good.

  Old villa's & owner a Fraud. Never Again

  2016 we came here for 2 weeks and were positive about this place. Now in 2018 not anymore. In 2 years time they nearly doubled the price (to 1900 euros) & the manager was rude when confronted with this. We booked around the same time like 2016. The following situation happened to us: We booked our booking through booking.com, and booked a villa for 4 people with jacuzzi (we knew they had those since it's our second booking here). Shortly after our booking they mailed us, asking to cancel our booking.com reservation & book directly (they make more profit this way) and so we did. When we arrived we got kicked in a small villa, basicly the same villa from 2 years ago.. While like I said, we booked a bigger villa. We went towards the manager to confront him about this. but he was not willing to listen. We told the manager that the price we agreed on (1900 euros) was for a big villa and not a small villa. He started yelling at us, not listening to us & then started to yell at us in his own language. Finishing of with; All houses.. Same price. BASTA! And if you don't like it, GO somewhere else! Easly said to a tourist who drove 1200 KM for a holiday! We even had proof that for the villa we got kicked in from him, that 2 years ago we paid 1100 euro's.. Whats a reasonable price seeing the villa's aren't in great shape. but no we HAD to pay 1900 euro's. It was a shocking experience, having a manager yelling at us like that. Anyway, we made the choice to stay. But in the small villa.. not much was in order. -Broken fridge -Fungus on the fridge -No dishwasher -Low amount of cutlery -Mud instead of grass -No sunscreen -No airco (you need to pay 10 euros extra A DAY) -No washing machine -They hardly came to collect the garbage (it was a garbage collect point & it started to smell) -No proper coffee machine -In 2 weeks nobody came to clean & when they came with clean sheets. We had to put them on ourselves. Basicly, what I'm getting at is. If you want to ask such a price.. Make sure everything is in order. In this experience.. I can only advice people to never cancel your booking.com reservation, because they are your safegaurd. If something is not in order you can get back at them. DO NOT book directly, because the owner of this place is a FRAUD

  Simply the best

  Definitely the best place to go in Liguria. Nothing else to say!!! The place, the view, all the services and spa are amazing. We had a very very good time during these two weeks! Thank you very much for everything! Jonas - Eliana - Julie
