  A Great Choice Even For Big Groups

  We were a group of more than 300 people staying for 2 nights during Christmas season, and the hotel was so accommodating to our needs. Rooms were clean, everything was in working order. The AC may be too cold for older people, but that was fine. Food was nice, quite satisfying. Even the snacks for the meeting package were great. The meeting room/ballroom is very spacious.

  I stayed for business purposes in this hotel...but the view was so great, I felt like enjoying a holiday while working. The hotel is surrounded by a lot of trees, so you can encounter some insects here and there.

  Ijen Suites Malang

  One of the advantage of this hotel is the strategic location in the downtown of Malang so it is easier for us to go to the other places. This hotel has swimming pool. It's worthy to stay in this cozy hotel.

  OUTSTANDING SERVICE MAGNIFICIENT HOTEL

  It is my first time to come and visit Malang city, I and my Bestfriend decided to stay and pamper ourselves by choosing to stay with the Ijen Resort Hotel. Since the beginning, we enter the lobby we feel like home already. Almost all the staff welcoming us to the hotel with a great smile on their face. We got delicious yet warm tea at that time. As requested, they give us a high-level floor which made my day. The room is so clean and spacious and the best part is I can see the hills right after our room window . Short story, we love to explore foods from every each city and country that we are, and this time we would like to try the Malang food. Unfortunately, my Bestfriend was not in good shape which makes him ill. He got diarrhea a few hours after our dinner in Batu. I tried my best to makes him feel better but it getting a bit worse than before. After he consumed local medicine, he finally able to sleep well and rest. I report this incident to the hotel in case if his health getting worse. The hotel offered me assistance such as a doctor and any other thing that I might need for him to feel better. That was a really fast response from them. THUMBS UP!!!! I spoke with the lady on a phone to just be ready whenever I call them if something happened. A few minutes after, Ijen Suites Hotel sent us a complimentary porridge for my ill friend. I was not able to say much yet thank you to the in-room dining guy who sends the food to our room. He ate the porridge and feel better. The hotel also keeps asking his feeling. I never expected the resort will taking care of their guest that much and make sure the guest satisfaction to the top. I AM VERY GRATEFUL! I AM HAPPY TO STAYING HERE! AND YOU ALL ARE ROCK STAR!! You turn my moment into a memory which we definitely will not going to forget!!! OUTSTANDING CLEANLINESS! AMAZING POOL!! WARM AND COZY JACUZZI! DELICIOUS FOODS! AND LAST BUT MORE IMPORTANT! AMAZING HOTEL EVER

  Nice place for staycation with family especially for the kid cause the pool is good Nice food-variant of the breakfast is good Room is neat and clean Lobby yang luas serta ambience disekitar area .. Thanks for your hospitality
