  Hemos estado las cuatro últimas noches de vacaciones en esta zona, y ha sido una estancia muy cómoda y mas por económico. No esta en primera línea, pero teniendo en cuenta q en la provincia de krabi o estas en un resort en primera línea para pasar el día de la piscina a la playa, o te estas moviendo en todo tipo de transportes para hacer excursiones, ver krabi ciudad, salir a cenar a Ao nang beach ect... Estábamos cerca de todo, alquilando una moto te puedes mover a donde quieras. Entramos en el hotel por la tarde noche y revisando la habitación vimos varias cosas rotas y en mal estado (la ducha rota, el wc perdía agua por el suelo, no teníamos sabanas ) fuimos a recepción y sin ningún problema y amablemente nos cambiaron a una habitación ya renovada. Muy bien...

  Hotel viejo, con poco mantenimiento y sucio

  El hotel deja mucho que desear. Las habitaciones bastante antiguas y muy sucias. Olían mucho a humedad. La piscina necesita una mejora importante y que la limpien ya que el suelo estaba muy sucio y las hamacas viejas y poco agradables. La wifi no llegaba a las habitaciones.

  Absolute crap. . .absolute joke

  Positives: Big room, comfortable bed. Negatives: I have lived in Asia since 2007 and have been to Thailand five times. I do not hold western standards to hotels or restaurants anymore. That being said, where do I begin? They advertise they are English speaking, but no one speaks a lick of English. I tried Spanish and Chinese, but then had to resort to a translator on my phone to communicate. So their ads are false advertising. The housekeeping removed items from my room for no reason. There is no phone in the room to contact the front desk, so if there is a problem, you need to go down and deal with with. When you ask for a phone, they give you a blank, deer in the headlights stare. The center console between the beds that controls electricity and A/C had most buttons malfunction. It was never changed out after repeated requests. My TV remote couldn't control volume. Complained, but never had it changed out. Toilet under the seat looks like it hadn't been cleaned since the day Thailand declared a peace with Japan during WW2. The A/C either freezes you to death, or blows hot. There is no real climate control in the room. Now, on to the internet. It sucks, and I mean really sucks. It goes down for hours and days at a time (at one point, it didn't work for three days). Then when you tell them, they assume you are a liar and don't believe you until you show them screen caps of the internet not working in the PC, iPad, iPod, and cell phones. When the internet does work, it is WEAKER than eight day old coffee. The signal craps out at will. Websites like Yahoo, AOL Mail, Facebook, Twitter, and most travel sites don't work on their internet at all. I complained repeatedly only to get that big, BS smile and a "I'm sorry." It got to the point I started saying "I don't want apologies, I want answers and solutions." Finally, they advertise they have a kitchenette, which is nothing more than a hot water kettle, a toaster oven and a microwave. . .then they tell you they will fine you if you cook in your hotel room. So, more false advertising. This hotel sucks. Avoid like the plague and let it go bankrupt. There are better, less expensive choices a little further down the road where you can enjoy the Beach.

  Worst hotel we have already had in Thailand

  Where to start....Pictures does not match the reality at all. Hotel is in really bad condition. Here is the list of everything bad: -Internet(no wifi availaible at 1st floor) -Electricity(you must turn on lights if you want to charge phone or use TV. Otherwise electricity is not working) weird.... -There is kitchen in each room. But cooking is not allowed, Fine is 5.000 THB...also very weird... Breakfast- supposed to be continental...they offered us 3 variants of eggs...everytime we got different variant then we ordered. No vegetable, nothing sweet( okay, toast and one kind of jam, but there were nice picture of croaissants) -Pool- could be really nice and big. Unfortunately, like the rest of place, it was almost unusable. Only about 3 chairs for whole hotel. Okay and some positives. The staff was friendly, the room was huge and that is it. We can highly recommend to do not waste your money and find another hotel.

  dont stay here under any circumstances

  The advertising on travel sites regarding this hotel is highly misleading. The photos being downloaded by the hotel to hotel sale sites do not represent an accurate picture of the room you will get. This hotel is old, renovated, unprofessionally managed, filthy dirty & poorly equipt. The landscaping neglected, grass dead, pool filthy etc etc. Looks on the verge of closure and the worst hotel I have stayed in years.
