  Beautiful grounds

  This has been our first visit to Turkey. The hotel has beautiful well maintained gardens. Weve also loved the beach, very wide and clean. You can use all the facilities from Green Palace Residence, which is more focused on families with children( slides, club, playground).The restaurant in IC Residence has limited choices and even limited wine list. Everyday they were out of wines( even though you would pay extra for it).The main pool was very relaxing but do not expect service. You will have to walk into the bar to ask for drinks. The only person I would mention here, would be Abdulrahman from Spybag restaurant, who was very attentive. The rest could not be bothered or not understand english( Russians guests were the majority) We have also tried the spa, very good! Overall, it has been a nice break, my suggestion to the manager is to invest more in a welcoming and attentive personnel, as they are the truly jewels of any resort!

  Top hotel for relaxation and 5 star service

  Moved to Ic residence after a 6 days at delphin be grand which wasnt anywhere near relaxing in terms of capacity, the people staying and the service. Having been to many hotels in lara including barut, all 4 dolphins and royal dragon I believe they are all comparable to Ic green balace but definitely not Ic residence This hotel has a concept of giving every guest exceptional personal non judgemental service. no wonder why do you read a repeated praise by reviewers to adulrahman and his team at the sky-bag restaurant and the reception staff The hotel ground itself is a gorgeous piece of natural beauty. For us a family with three children stayed at a lake vila , having green palace pools and water parks few minutes walk away got to enjoy the best of both worlds You can enjoy swimming anytime in-front of your vila or at residence quiet swimming pool. Need more action then it is green palace You can order a food to your room 24 hours a day or Enjoy a special dish at residence own al carte or any of green balance many buffets I believe this hotel qualities isnt being advertised enough

  ABSOLUTELY AMAZING.

  We stayed in the superior villa with private pool. We only just returned from 6 unforgettable nights this morning. I rarely ever write reviews but this hotel and it's staff are truly amazing and deserve every praise. We would especially like to thank the manager Ismail and Abdur Rahman for their excellent hospitality. The villa was amazing especially if you intend on staying in the room most of the time, due to the current Covid situation. My three year old son loved every second. Thank you so much and hopefully we will see you again next year.

  Thank You IC Residences!!

  I dont normally write reviews, especially not this long, unless they are really well deserved and if expectations have been more than met. We got a transfer from the airport, having flown in from Istanbul and were very kindly upgraded to Diamanté, a much larger villa, complete with a large pool, jacuzzi bath, two bedrooms, two en suites, a beach bed and personal sauna room. (We also got a transfer back to the airport as this was included in the upgrade). As we were within the residences and not the hotel, we were entitled to our personal cabana on the beach. Everything was all inclusive, including the 24 hour room service. No extra charges at check out time! The service we received was faultless and incomparable. I have decided that Turkish hospitality is superior to even the Balinese! I didnt think that was possible until we got here! We travelled with our 1 year old son and it was our first time in a resort, on a family holiday. We couldnt get our Arlo baby camera to work while he slept and this meant that we couldnt relax alone. This was eventually fixed when we had the idea to ring IT and ask them to sort out the technical difficulty. But while we were without a camera, Anastasia of the Kids Club/Mini club advised us she had some cribs in one of the Mini club rooms and that she could watch over our son while he slept. Before we met Anastasia, I had actually left my iPhone in the mini club and it was Anastasia who picked it up and handed it over to reception! Big thank you for everything Anastasia! All staff were so friendly towards our son, everyone made an attempt to entertain him, or coo over him. Turkish people in general are extremely baby friendly. This was a nice surprise and Im glad we chose to come here for his first holiday! All staff were polite beyond measure and were only too happy to go out of their way for us. A special thank you goes to Nail, who got the kitchen to whip up a chai latte for my husband. This beverage was neither on the menu, nor heard of by the staff. But IC staff being as dedicated as they are, watched a tutorial video on how to make it and voila - there is was within 2 minutes. It tasted exceptionally nice for a first time try! A further special thank you to Natalie who very kindly arranged to have a wonderful Italian dinner sent to the villa, since we could not attend the actual Italian restaurant - it was a couples only restaurant! Thanks to Natalie, we didnt miss out on experiencing this food! One of the outdoor activities available to try, is Archery. Unfortunately, this activity used to be completely taken over for the time it ran, by selfish tourists who repeatedly kept taking turns. Because of this, my husband asked the instructor, Emerson if he was free to offer a private lesson. He agreed and my husband and I were both able to enjoy practicing a bit of archery before checking out. Thank you to Emerson for making the effort! A big and special thank you to Musa, Sultan and Serdar for making our stay a wonderful one! These people felt more like friends than staff. Each one of them were incredibly friendly and at the same time, completely devoted to their professionalism. The mini bar guys did a great job of restocking our fridge, so thank you to them for the friendliness and listening to our requests. Thank you to Sinan and Abdurrahman - we appreciate everything you did for us! Housekeeping staff were excellent and so very friendly! We are already missing this place and do hope to return at some point. Hopefully, our old friends will be working there when we decide to return! Thank you to IC Residences and all the staff.   Infinitely superior service

  For now, the best vacation ever. The service of the hotel, which is provided by the employees of this hotel, is timeless. All the wishes we had, (and those that are not in the regular offer of the hotel) were all fulfilled. Special greetings to the beach bar and UFUK. We recommend this hotel from the heart.
