  Muy mal atendido; y muy mal mantenido

  Creí que, por lo menos, sería un hotel funcional y práctico. A la mínima atención de que dispone hay que añadirle el poco mantenimiento del hotel. En ocasiones el coger el ascensor se convierte en algo heroico. No volveré.

  Best staycation

  We are booked 2 family room with connecting but unfortunately, this hotel only has 1 family room on each floor. But the room was great in cleanliness and room service. The food also delicious (we try dinner and breakfast in the hotel).

  Very good hotel with complete public facilities in sourounding.

  This is my favourite hotel when staying in Solo. The location is close to midnite gudeg rice, masjid, food stalls and very good pedestrian to walk or jogging in morning. In the nite we can sleep well. As silver member and above, the hotel will provide welcome drink voucher and cake or fruits welcome package - unfortunately the hotel forgot to put in.-

  Terrible.

  Staying here for 2 nights. Our sheet smells like someone had peed in it and they didn't change the sheet then the bolster had a stain of it too, Asked for change room, FO staff said she'll check and then no info until we decide to call the second time and they say they got the room. Our key card is broken, so hard just wanted to get in the room. The card on next door is broken too, when I was in the room, the male staff opened the door with his master key without knocking or checking whether there's guest or not. Not coming back for sure

  Value for Money hotel in Solo

  This was my second stay in this hotel and actually my first during Covid-19 pandemic. Arrival and Check In: I checked in directly at the hotel with complimentary breakfast. Upon arrival, somehow the security officer didn't check my body temperature which is necessary during this pandemic. The front desk was very helpful and informative. Hand sanitizers were available. I asked for a smoking room with double bed, and was told that the hotel was full booked at the moment, so I was given a single bed one. He said that based on hotel policies, the breakfast will be divided into different time setup to maintain safe physical distancing with other guests. It was nice to know that. Room: spacious and clean. Special mention: one of my favourite things in this hotel is they provided you with BOLSTERS for each bed, while others don't. Comfortable bed. Quiet environment. Breakfast: good varieties of foods and beverages with average taste. Overall, it was a good stay. Definitely will come back.
