  Great Stay.

  My favourite hotel to stay in Medan. Breakfast is improving since last stay at 2019. Service always show extra miles Clean room Only negative feedback no hair dryer in the room. Have to request. if provided in the room will be prefect.

  Family trip

  had excellent stay in Ibis Sytle Pattimura Medan, and it was really good first the security greeted me with warm smile and i feel welcome already.when i entered the Lobby the staff Dimas and husen are made my heart touched, he got to know the purpose of my visit. They prepared nice amenities and beautiful greeting card for me..it was unforgettable.The RS staff datris also very helpful, my room was clean and aircon was working well.im impressed 10 out of 10. They did a great job for taking care all my request, i wish to come back soon..

  Excellent 3-4 Stars Property on Medan

  Well, I was hospitalised 15nights from June 18th 2020 at this 3-4 Star Property and it's wonderful experience. Breakfast was quite nice :) Staffs served me with warm (Rosity, Vani, & Team) and the GM Mr. Insan maintain this Property with well while I'm sure as hell that's quite impossible under the not-well behaviour of locals (no offence). Will definetely come back!

  Enjoyable stay.

  The staff called me in the morning before my stay to let me know that I could check-in early. I asked regarding room upgrade as Im a member of ALL (Gold), the staff said that if I want the upgrade, Ill have to wait and cant check in early. Understandable. I arrived at the hotel around 12 PM, and after around 40 minutes, the staff gave me my room key. I was upgraded into Deluxe Room (which is like a junior suite). Very nice! Also got my Welcome Amenity (fruits, chocolate and some slice of cake). Overall, Im satisfied with the check in process. The room is nice, with a modern feel to it. Ive stayed at 4/5* hotels with worse room, so this is a very good room for the price that I paid. My main complain would be about breakfast. The receptionist said that breakfast would be from 6AM-10AM. I went down to the restaurant at 6AM to avoid the crowd. No one is there and not even the lamps are on. I went to the receptionist to ask about it and the receptionist confirmed that the breakfast should be started already. He went to the restaurant and after awhile, he told me that I can wait at the restaurant. I waited until 7AM (so, 1 hour wait) until they served food. Unacceptable for me. It would be better if they said the breakfast start at 7AM. Many guests are already arrived at the restaurant at this point and almost everyone feel agitated. To their credit, one staff come to us every 20 minutes to let us know that itll be awhile. Check out was fast and they guaranteed 3 PM check out for me. Overall, an enjoyable stay, and I hope that the thing with the breakfast is just an accident. Ill stay again this weekend and Im looking forward for the experience as Im now Platinum member. Hoping for a better stay.

  Very nice style

  I loved my stay in their suite. Spacious, well decorated, 2 bathrooms, kitchenette with a big fridge, bar chairs...really cool ... and... affordable! Also the vertical garden in the cozy restaurant (smoking area) is really well done. An Oasis in the middle of Medan. Recommended!
