  Good breakfast and nice staff

  The Ibis Styles is fine to stay over night and having a decent breakfast. The rooms are ok, quite small and the bathrooms have seen better days. Need a renovation. I would go there again for business.

  Small Hotel ..But very clean

  Once you are in small town like Herten, you don't have much of options to explore and with distance to work place in our mind, this small hotel was my temp home for two trip and each time 2 weeks! First stay was in summer and honestly the lack of A/C in hotel was bothering me a lot, but seems like it was something normal! The rooms are very small, as well as bathroom, this is strictly a business hotel, Small TV and very limited TV channel was another problem, hi-speed Net was a working fine and included breakfast was a plus, although the breakfast was same every single day. the cleanness of room was a big highlight of the hotel and personnel were really nice and helpful, after we had a nice stay over there, knowing there was not much option around us and our office was only 5 min away!

  Dirty

  Avoid this hotel. Our room was dirty upon arrival, cobwebs and dust everywhere. Had it ever been cleaned properly? The very unfriendly useless housekeeper needs more training and supervision. One evening, arriving back, our room was untouched and just as we had left it. Thank goodness for Bernadette at Reception who kindly cleaned and replenished it for us. The shower leaks. The shower door makes a loud bang when closed. The soap in the shower is clearly not soap. The rubbish bin in the bathroom did not get emptied. No luggage trolley. Not what we expect from an Ibis hotel. Awful. J+G.J.

  Very good value for money

  47 for good bed, welcome beer and good breakfast !!! France should be inspired... Just some noice at the first floor, soon in the morning, because car park is in front of the windows. I will book again

  Low price, low services

  Good the parking, the rooms are little, without wardrobe. In covid time the restaurant was close, reception close from 22 to 9 so if you have emergency cannot call anyone. For me can be good only for one night
