  Had a good experience staying in Ibis. The overall property, ambience is good. Nice service by housekeeping also. Special thanks to Mithun, Inderjeet and TL Kishan for their professional and on-time services in the room.

  overall experience was nice . this was my second stay in same property, ....only concern is room size...,room we found little congested, otherwise hotel is excellent for family vacation stay.. safety measures were followed during covid-19

  Experience to be cherished

  Great experience with highly polished and personalised catering to your needs with prompt and kind helpful staff with Rachel Madam, Adi leading from the front even Adi carried our luggage personally to our room , very pleasant personality!!! Resham and Yaii , Lokesh, Jit, Mandeep took very much of all our meals efficiently and were full of appetizing smiles!!! Housekeeping on our floor headed by Mithun was flawless All the security staff was very affectionate and very cooperative They were very considerate and cooperative for my parents We had a wonderful stay at Ibis styles calangute and recommend to experience such hospitality Dr Kedar Shashikant Bhide

  2 days Visit review

  Stay date : 08-09 March 2021 I stayed here for 2 days. I had reached the hotel at 3 pm and had to wait for 1 hour for checkin process, inspite of informing them 1 day in advance. Was very much disappointed with the Check in process by Mr Nikhil. Location of the Hotel is so good. It's so close to the Market and Beach. Housekeeping was extremely good. Very well handled especially Mithun and a new staff whose name i dont remember. One of the huge disappointment in the room is the bathroom. The water in bathroom gets accumulated and has no drainage point. This wasn't expected from a brand like IBIS. So in our stay for 2 days we had to call Housekeeping department 4-5 times to Mop and clean bathroom. Another Disappointed is that the rooms aren't Sound proof. There's a small gap slit in the doors (Atleast in our room 232). We were disturbed at 5 am in morning by some Group of people who were talking loudly. Ambience of place was really good. Garden and pool were well maintained. Sadly Indoor Kids play area was closed. The slides also weren't smooth. Rooms very really close and the gallery reminded of chawls system of Mumbai. You can easily watch the people from opposite side. All the staff were responsive and friendly. The best thing I liked about this place was Amazing Breakfast Buffet. There were like 20-25 items and it was fresh and the taste was simply amazing. Kudos to the kitchen department. Pros : 1) Location 2) Ambience 3) Food Cons : 1) Bathroom drain 2) Kids play area isn't good as shown in pics. Its closed. 3) Average Interior Quality Will I come again : Pricing is attractive. But overall not happy. If the problems are solved in future, then maybe.

  BIO BUBBLE IN IBIS CALANGUTE

  I was put up in bio-bubble in this hotel for four months from 03 Nov 2020 - 11 Mar 2021. That stay is a lifetime memory. 4 months, bio bubble & few people to interact with is not that easy. The staff & personalised catering under the leader Narul Gopal and Anil made easy. Mr. Anil, Rajinder, Raktim & Chef Narul Gopal & few more are the people to be appreciated who made things easy for us.
