  They need to co Pierrot gut this place

  Appalling conditions. Reception area looks ok but once you get to the hotel room you soon realise how bad it is. Way way toooo small and in terrible condition. Either rip the place down and completely gut it because its just not acceptable.

  Very dated

  Rooms are tired. Reception was slow, couldnt find my booking. The bar, well tonight I ordered a small beer. Then told to wait while they served the restaurant first?!! Then.. they decided to serve a second lot of diners putting me in an awkward uncomfortable position raising my voice demanding my drink.. Not impressed

  Absolute toilet

  This hotel is a disgrace, continuously changed our double bed into 2 singles, electricity kept cutting out, room keys never worked. Nothing around the location and rude reception staff, rooms are tiny, avoid if possible.

  Ryder Cup weekend

  Good hotel with great links to both Ryder Cup venue and Paris. Only down side is bar/restaurant closed on Saturday and Sunday nights - what a missed opportunity when so many guests were here for the Ryder Cup. Lots of lost business opportunities.

  Pilgrimage Tour Paris/ Lisieux.

  After a twelve hour journey on a coach we arrived at the hotel at about 8.30pm Sunday evening to find the restaurant and pizza closed. There were about 30 of us checking in and found the only lift would only take 4 at a time so when we got in our room there was a kettle, but nothing at all to brew, no tea bags, no coffee packs, no sugar, certainly no milk so we dumped our case and went out for something to eat. We found all around shops were closed but managed to find a Japanese place to eat. After the meal ( which wasn't to bad ) we returned to the hotel reception to get cups and brewing stuff. That's when we met Basil out of faulty towers who supplied us with the missing items. Breakfast next morning was ok. Six of us tried to book a table for evening meal but we're told we couldn't. When we returned to our room at night we found only towels for one person, so another trip to reception. Next morning we had to have breakfast elsewhere because the Germans had arrived, except my wife and I were seated in there section. Thank goodness after breakfast we left to travel to Lisieux for 3 more nights in a Kyriad Motel. See my following report on that.
