  Very good service.

  Clean and well presented rooms. Cant fault with anything. Food is very nice and a must try with contactless delivery to your room. Even in these difficult times the staff are all friendly and extremely welcoming all guidelines are followed, hand cleaning stations are throughout the building, will definitely be returning for personal use in future.

  Cozy settings! Night life 10 10

  Booked for 2nights, maybe might extend, great customer service, cozy mood and great vibes. Ill give it a 10 out of 10 rating!! Proper sets the mood in the night and looks amazing on video (my snapchat)

  Couldnt fault our stay!

  Thanks to Jack for making sure everything about our stay was perfect. Going above and beyond and even helped me carry my pizza to my room as I almost dropped it, fetched us glasses for drinks in the room and got some ice for us :) will definitely be returning.

  Amazing

  Cant fault my stay as usual all the staff are always so friendly and the hotel is always so clean. The breakfast included with the room is very good for the money and collecting from the reception is very quick and easy

  Excellent service in these difficult times

  We had to use this hotel when attending a funeral in the area, after reading the very helpful reviews on TA I was happy to book, although I did call the hotel direct to confirm that we would be able to have food in the evening via room service. Jack on reception offered his sympathies ( we had put the reason for the visit on the booking form but only because we though we had to). Our room was upgraded and drinks and cake were waiting for us in the room, After a long journey it was most welcome. Dinner was ordered via a WhatsApp number in the room, the menu had a good range of options. Rodrigo was in charge of the food and bar and when we explained the coffee machine wasn't working it was replaced immediately, he arranged our food and drinks order and couldn't have been more helpful. The food was hot and enjoyable and was included in the room price of £80.00. Breakfast the next day had been pre-ordered the night before and was collected from reception. The room and hotel were spotless and we had no concerns staying here. The service we received from the three members of staff we met was exceptional, I have stayed in 4 star hotels who could learn a thing or two from them. If anyone has to use a hotel in this area I couldn't recommended it more highly, the hotel staff made a difficult occasion so much easier for us.
