  Couples Retreat

  Hotel concept, ambience, services are good. Could improve on housekeeping especially the drinking mugs, to wash thoroughly. Should replace the coffee, tea, sugar sachets instead of recycling them. And the hot water supply. We ended up without hot water even after we let the water run for 5 minutes, as advised by housekeeping.

  Expected more from Junior suite.

  So this is a 3 star hotel and I guess that is what we got. However, I was still a tad bit disappointed with the particular junior suite we got. To be fair, other Suites may be better. Not sure. We got the very last room along the corridor. So maybe that's why the design was different?  Positives 1. Staff were very pleasant. Worked efficiently and were always ready to help.  2. Room was big.  3. Bed was extremely comfortable. Pillows as well.  4. Price was very affordable  5. Complimentary breakfast and for the price, it's a good deal.  Room for improvement.  1. The lock on the door was broken. (Please see picture). 2  Design of our room was strange. We got the last room and there were 2 beams in room - which blocked our path.  There was also a writing table stuck in a corner - which we never used as it was just literally in a corner and we would have to face the wall! (Please see the pictures)  3. No view. The website claimed city views but really, this particular room had no view. (Please see the picture for reference) what little we could see was essentially blocked off by the huge beam in front of us. So when we drew the curtains, we could not get much natural light.  4. There was a door stopper in the middle of the room between the doorway and the food area. Everytime I walked to the pantry I hit my leg on this stopper. (Please see picture). It was just slightly inconvenient to keep walking around it or over it.  5.  The room had a musty smell upon arrival and there were dark spots on the table (not sure if people had smoked but as shown in the picture, it looked like cigarette stains).  6. Very thin walls. We could hear people talking outside our door.  7. The ironing board we requested did not have a cover and the inner foam was falling off. (Please see picture). So in the end we had to iron on the bed.  Otherwise breakfast was average. Do not expect 5 star quality food. (The butter for example, seemed like margarine used for cooking). The location was good - about 7 minutes to Nagoya mall.   Overall, it was a pleasant stay for a quick get-away.

  A trendy concept layout with wonderful staff

  I stayed in room 556. The room has a unique, open concept. The view out the window overlooks the swimming pool below with an unblocked view of the sky. As we came in group tours, we had to take our temperatures due to the Coronavirus before going to our rooms. However, it was well-cordinated. The reception area is decorated with nice decors and furnishings. All the hotel staff - every single one of them, are friendly. The breakfast spread was good and varied. Special mention to the friendly and helpful Lounge staff, Aan, who invited us to the lounge and made us felt very welcomed. Should visit the Sphere Lounge at level 9 to have a great view. Overall, a very short, but great experience for us.

  Good service

  Good customer service from the front office staffs. Perhaps the hotel should provide a soap in the faucet towash hands. The Suite room was not that good compared the one I stayed before. The breakfast was quite okay.

  Slow receptionist and no welcoming fruit/cake

  No welcoming drink voucher, no welcoming cake/fruit, eben I asked as accor member. The receptionist was like google, think he knew all and did not listen yo the guest. I don't think to re stay in this hotel in near future since
