  My wife and I stayed here. Because my fomily visited us and stayed at our home. And has they have two very young children it was more convenient for them to enjoy home comforts. So my wife and I stayed here for 11 nights. We found the room very clean and had all the things you need for a comfortable night. The bed was a good size and the sheets were changed every three days. The towels were changed every day. And the staff were very friendly and helpfull. Breakfast is very well presented and plentiful. Food is available all day if requested from the staff. We had room 001 and found it very quiet all night long. We would stay here again.

  Handy Hotel

  We have just stayed at this hotel for the third time in as many months. It is really handy for the motorway network, yet overnight it is sheltered enough for the motorway not to be a problem. The staff are always friendly and polite.

  Hotel Manager rude!

  Poorly dealt with by hotel manager in her dealings with me in cancellation of booking I made earlier this year due to Covid19, I was dealt with rudely and given no chance to explain myself and she UNFAIRLY BANNED ME FOREVER. I have complained about her tone and attitude to Accor Head Office in Hammersmith London and I await a response. I've also emailed the hotel of this direct action against the manager which I hope gleans results and reprimands her tone and customer service attitude.

  Very cold

  Checked in about 7.30 after long day at work in healthcare. Tired and needed rest. What I got was after climbing two flights of stairs with case was a dark and dingy smelly room with an uncomfortable bed Thin quilt I was cold all night room very basic towels shocking not very clean area. Wont stay there again. Avoid shocking nights sleep and very poor facilities

  Comfortable hotel with cold room

  This hotel was located well, just off the M1 & M18, and close to a large supermarket, a couple of fast food outlets and a Shell filling station. The room was comfortable but unfortunately the heating was totally inadequate - only one small radiator for a large room, and no heating in the bathroom. The weather outside was extremely cold, but in the room it should have been warmer than it was.
