Currently living in NovotelMy visit in Chad is for my office work for a month, I am living in Novatel since 3 days now. Poor Poor Poor internet connection they have; that I am unable to do my office work. I am looking for some better place now. Made complaints many times but they can't resolve the internet issue. Hotel Lobby, food and swimming pool are OK; you can spend evening in the park;but rooms are below average; feeling that i am living in some Hostel. Noisy AC also creating the disturbance. Management representative; please dont copy paste your comment on all complaints/Bad experiences but look for resolving those issues. Thank you

Business trip to ChadI transited N'Djamena on my arrival and then stayed for 2 nights before departure. Both my rooms were nice and up to Western standard, though equipment was not fully functional in either (i.e. electrical plug didn't fit the socket!). AmEx payment didn't work, I had to pay in cash.

Stepping back in the 80sI stayed there from the 30 jan - 4 feb 2018. I was pleasantly surprised some of the rooms have been renovated. I was upgraded to a suite as i am a loyalty member. The rooms was modern, all amenities present, safe, flat screen tv and air-conditioning working. So for the time capsule part, the restaurant has not changed much. The dinner is at the pool area. They need to up their game and that goes for breakfast as well. The IBIS is on the same property and their breakfast seems to look better. Checkin was a bit slow and complex due to system being down when i checked in. I had to ask to be upgraded because of my status. My welcome drink came a day later. The plus is that it is close to the airport. Overall average and can do better.

Average Hotel but forget about internet so not recommended for business personsYou can find here an Ok stay, But not recommended for expecting like an standard . Breakfast is Super Good. But Lunch and Dinner have not much selection so you may need to compromise with a unwanted food. Only few main staff can speak English... Rest of all have no understanding about English so you can't even order your food if you don't know French.. Rooms are suffocating Air Conditioning Systems with very Low ventilation.. Cleanliness is good. Internet is Worst here.. don't stay here if you need internet.
