  Típico hotel de la cadena, cerca de la estación de trenes y del centro de la ciudad, el rio a pocas cuadras y super cruzando. Queda muy cómodo para ir al aeropuerto de Frankfurt Limpio correcto y buen desayuno, wifi rápido, es muy recomendable, repetiría

  Good location close to city center

  This Ibis hotel is located in the south side of the city. Very short walk to the river Rhine and a the lovely old city center. Rooms are renovated with large flat-screen TV and are decent sized as is the bathroom. Beds with good quality. Good breakfast with a lot of cold items an bacon and eggs. Good selection of breads ands drinks too. Underground parking is quite costly at 11 Eur/night.

  Nice stay

  Hotel is located near the Rhine River, about a 5 minute walk away. Check-in was friendly and formalities were done in less than 5 minutes. Room was on the 4th floor over looking a busy street. However due to the glazing of the windows. Little or no traffic noise could be heard. The room was typical Ibis. Large comfortable bed, complimentary WiFi, flat screen TV. Bathroom was spotless with a walk-in shower. There is a safe at reception if you wish to lock away any valuables. The lobby and breakfast area are pretty big. A large variety of breakfast foods is on offer and is buffet style. No one should leave the breakfast are hungry. Public bus service is very close by and there is also a rail station within a 5 minute walk. Shopping can be found very close by. A nice stay for the price. I would certainly return to this hotel if I am ever in Mainz again.

  Very comfortable friendly hotel at reasonable prices in a great location near to the old town

  Always good to stay here. Comfortable rooms, friendly service, good breakfast, quiet and clean. Hotel is located within easy walking distance of the town. Good beds and pillows and decent shower. Highly recommended.

  Just okay

  The staff was friendly and check in easy. Room is small but nice and comfortable. Nice flat screen TV. Great water pressure in the bathroom. The room is mostly clean but the floors were clearly not mopped as there were dried liquid spills on the floor. Great location close to the river, restaurants, and the historic Altstadt. We are cycling the Rhine and there is an area in the garage for bike parking (but no place there to charge an e-bike). Two complaints: the rooms are advertised as sound proof but we can hear everything going on in the halls, in the room above us, and outside on the busy street. The hall noise woke me several times. Our only other complaint is the cigarette smoke which seems to be coming from either the ventilation system or a room nearby. The stench is overpowering and my eyes are burning. For this reason I probably wouldnt stay here again but its a great budget hotel if you dont mind the cigarette smoke.
