    Great service

    Ive stayed at this hotel for a while. The service Ive received from the manager Raj, the reception staff inc. Logi, Febs and Tanya and the housekeeping staff inc. Amanda, Fabiana there are a few others esp 2 other ladies- lady from portugal and the other from Romania and a gentleman from Goa, who go out their way to actually help. They follow through what you request from them, they dont find anything too much of a hassle. Great service from them. Really appreciate their help. Would recommend.

    Good for Heathrow flights

    Great location and good pricing for a preflight hotel. Super rooms are reasonably priced and are a good upgrade on the standard rooms. It would be good if parking were free instead of £12 for overnight stays.

    If you want to experience bad house keeping service this is the place to stay.

    I had booked this place for two night last week because of its proximity to the airport. On day two, I personally went to the reception and told the manager to get the rubbish removed and provide a new set of towels. Due to COVID I had no choice but to order food from outside the previous night for dinner and the rubbish had accumulated in the room and was stale with smell of food by morning. I came back to my room by late evening but was surprised to see the rubbish in the room , they had forgot to clean the room and the sheets and towels were not replaced. I checked with the duty reception desk but they pleaded ignorance. Because this TL is located in Heathrow and most of the travelers put up with the lack of professionalism by the staff and don't bother to leave a review . The staff at this TL have become complaisant. One more import experience to share , please don't waste three pounds and subscribe to the TL WiFI provided by Virgin , its a scam and you will be dissapointed to find the WiFI crashing every 90 seconds .

    Great stay

    Highly recommended! Price is very reasonable, place is spotless and the staff very friendly. Thanks Tanya for going the extra mile, much appreciated. There is also a Covid travel test centre just down the road at the Hyatt, so very convenient for travellers.

    From the beginning Raj was extremely helpful and very hospitable. Excellent customer service and great sense of humour. Abbie was more then helpful and accommodating and when it come to the little details! These are the staff which make a hotel and I hope they get recognised for their great work!!!! Will definitely be staying again purely due their customer service!! I hope its recognised especially during this climate!!! X
