  Stop over to the Ridge

  Positives: Room was clean Linen was fresh Bed was comfortable Negatives: On the Accor Members website it says breakfast included this is incorrect there is no breakfast included in price The website tells you to look for HungryJacks dont bother its moved to the other side of the bridge The other negative is there is MAJOR roadworks to the front and side of the motel making it hard to not only find the motel but getting in and out an obstacle course

  Grubby!

  A 3 night stay! I know this is a budget hotel but this had a grubby entry foyer floor the fridge leaked as seals were perished, reported but nothing done. Overall cleanliness was poor, bathroom tiles looked dirty, no soap or shampoo. Room not serviced (Excuse was Covid) Not a good look for an Accor Hotel. 1.5 star

  Stop and go

  For those seeking a convenient place with the basics and to save some money, this is a good choice. However, light sleepers will not enjoying the too often heavy doors of neighbours slamming shut, almost no matter how gently one attempts to close them. My room had a hard bed, a sink with a loose faucet and a smell from the drain which almost made one want to gag, but it was a cosy and clean sheets sort of place that most on a budget just looking for a place to rest will find quite OK.

  We got booked in by friendly staff. The stay went down hill from there. The showers were either just dripping or full hard jets spurting out. My sister leant on her single bed and it tilted, throwing her into the wall and she hurt her back. The following morning Id gone and told manager of the incident he only asked if she was okay and suggested moving the bed up against the wall which would block the bathroom. My sister hurt herself badly and there was no action taken by the manager or staff, no incident report filled out and no accomodations made just suggestions to move the bed or move around more, both of which she could not do. Will not be staying here again.

  Clean, No Frills Accommodation

  If all you are after is a temperature controlled room with a bed, a small ensuite, a tiny bar fridge and a TV for the affordable price of $95/night then the Ibis Budget Hotel has you covered. Nothing fancy, just the necessities. Perfect for an overnight, just travelling through, stay. Positives: friendly helpful staff; clean room/bed sheets/ensuite; free wifi access (24 hours only); access to a toaster in the common breakfast area; they provide disposable plates and cutlery on request (if making your own breakfast); key card after hours access; hand sanitiser stations; on site parking; easy access to highway; 12 mins from Dubbo Zoo; 6 mins from Dubbo Goal and main shopping Street. Negatives: shower head pressure is poor; shower floods ensuite when in use; only stair access to rooms (no elevator); only one PowerPoint available to charge devices (and its in the bathroom); no bedside tables (but they provide a chair on one side of the bed you can use for this purpose), no wardrobe (there is a small hanging shelf); and no table, or foldable luggage rack, to place your suitcase on (the floor is your only option).
