  Peaceful and comfy

  Best place to stay in baguio.. just few steps away from Mines view park. The price is just fair and affordable with their complimentary buffet breakfast. The only downside is just their room has no cellular signal and no wifi. WIFI is only available on lobby.

  There are other a lot better places with the same price...

  Positive Points:  - Most of the employees are very helpful and very courteous, except for the overnight guard on duty who stayed until morning.  - A convenient store is within the vicinity that sells products at low cost as compared with other convenience stores. But this closes at 7PM.  - Very near Mines View Park and Good Shepherd. Negative Points:  - (Most critical) Room do not have cellular signal (both smart and globe). For most traveler this is one "No-No" since we are away from home and from work. If anything happens back at home or at work, people will not be able to reach us. Also, if anything happens to us, we will not be able to reach for help. It is already bad enough that there is no cellular signal, but even wifi is out of reach from my room, and as advised for all rooms since the wifi signal is only at the lobby.  - Breakfast voucher says that breakfast would be available for order at 7AM. When I went to the restaurant at 7:10AM it was still close. I asked the guard on duty and he just said that I just wait since the person responsible for the restaurant is still not available. I waited with the expectation that he would just advise me once the restaurant is open since it was a bit out of sight from where I was waiting and I don't know who is actually in-charge of the restaurant. Time passed and I noticed that it was already around 7:45AM so I asked the guard again if the restaurant is already open and he said that it was already open since around 7:20AM.  - Room is somehow dirty, with stains on bed sheets, and molds on washroom walls and cabinet.  - Ensure that you have a remote control. When I came in I was not provided with a remote. I was already 3 hours in my room when I noticed that a "Hotel Rule" post says that I will be charge for lost remote control, but the room does not have any, nor did they gave me one so I immediately called the front desk, and they were a bit cautious saying that I should already have it since I'm already in the room, until they agree to bring me one when I was able to convince them that I haven't receive it.

  Moderate priced but nothing special.

  We stayed for 10 nights. We thought the location would be quiet. On the weekends it was very noisy with people people in street at night and delivery trucks blaring radio at 4a. During week it was quiet. We got the room behind reception as it is only room with wifi. Breakfsst was included but we got bored with limited selections and went to other restaurants several times. The ondite restaurant is ok and many other restaurants close by. Location is ok, near mines view park and a convent. We walked to governor's mansion and nice area to walk as has sidewalk but hilly. Taxi is easy to find. Bagio is close for other attractions. Hotel will arrange tours. Overall average hotel service and amenities at average price for bagio.

  Overnight In Baguio

  As we arrived last November 18, 2017 at Victory Liner Baguio we decided to have an early check in. We called the hotel and our room is available early check in is 10% of your room so we paid P101.00. As we enter our room I was shocked of the room because i have reserved for a Dorm but its so nice. 2 Single bed, Big window (called and requested for a window view), We had a common CR 8 showers with hot water and 6 toilets. Restroom is clean. There is also a mini grocery store at the lobby. Mineral water of hot and cold are availble in every floor. So no need to buy mineral water just bring your empty bottle or tumbler. The hotel location is walking distance from Mines View Park and Good Shepered, outside the hotel are all lanes of Souvenir shops. We just walk going to The Mansion, Wright Park and Botanical Garden for the weather is cold. Its nice to walk and sight seeing. Breakfast is included in our reservation, You will just inform the receptionist and your room number to deliver your food. We will definitely be back, if you want to have a cold and quiet time this is the place to be. You are surrounded by mountains and early in the morning you can walk to Mines View and enjoy the sunrise. Employees are courteous and helpful.

  Would not recommend room with common CR

  Staffs were really friendly and they were able to upgrade our room without hassle. I wouldn't recommend the rooms with common CR. The shared comfort room is somewhat creepy. Very near to Mines View and Good Shepperd Store. Recommended for a short stay.
