  Un oasis

  el hotel esta muy cerca de puerto, es decir de todo, se puede ir y volver andando a los restaurantes, a coger las barcas taxi, al ferri y al mismo tiiempo esta separado y es muy tranquilo y acogedor.El personal es muy amable, en fin volveria sin dudarlo.

  OVER RATED

  Not a good value for money and thats the main problem... There are less expensive hotels in Symi with perfect sea view and better inside decoration and service... A mixture of no style and mexican building and garden architecture that imitates islands architecture... Inside the apartments very heavy and claustrophobic rooms... The personnel too moody and aggressive like they dont like their job... or your money that save their jobs ?... The owner unwilling to hear and solve your problems.. More problems the weak internet connection the poor and without interest breakfast and the small mountain style pool...

  Loved our stay!

  We stayed her for 7 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff are very friendly especially the ladies at breakfast. It was a delicious buffet breakfast which the ladies helped you to because of Covid. All staff were wearing shields and we felt very safe. All surfaces were also thoroughly cleaned. Very central and was nice having the added touch of a pool and some sun beds, not many hotels seem to have pools in Symi. Lovely, spacious and modern room and great service having the free shuttle from the ferry port. Would highly recommend staying here, we will definitely stay here again if we return to Symi.

  Great little hotel

  Wonderful hotel in Symi Town just off the harbour. Very peaceful, great sized room (we were in a maisonette), spotless pool/terrace area and gardens. You can tell its very well run with great staff - Elisabeth and the breakfast ladies in particular. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend.

  Dated rooms

  No one in reception to greet us on our arrival. Eventually shown to our room which was on the upper floor and up about 20 steps. The room was big but very dated. The bed was never made by staff the three nights we were there. Shampoo and soap provided in the bathroom. I have stayed in far better rooms for less money. No one explained where we could find breakfast but we eventually found it down some steps in a little room. Not a great choice and the ladies down there got the items for you. This was then taken back up the steps where you sat outside to eat. Everywhere appeared clean and the courtyard and small pool looked nice especially at night when lit. There were about half a dozen sunbeds tucked down the side of the pool. There was an outside bar which, on our first night, we thought we would have a drink before heading out for dinner. No, it was closed and closed every evening thereafter.
