  Will definitely recommend to everyone

  Nice charming house close to the ferentillo. Cosy apartment has everything you may need. Fully equipped kitchen gives you a chance to cook something special. Great pool! What I don't like is you can't go anywhere without car. The rest is really good.

  Beautiful country house, very hospitable welcome. Unforgettable stay in Umbria

  We had a wonderful time at I Terzieri! After a warm welcome of Anna we enjoyed the very clean and tastefully designed Salvia apartment and the well-kept garden in the beautiful and quiet surroudings (except for some dogs in the neighbourhood barking at night). Our 2 boys loved to swim and play in the pool and the jacuzzi was our favorite! Anna is lovely and warm and when there was a problem with the WiFi because of a lightning strike she did her utmost to solve it - with succes. We strongly recommend this lovely holiday home and hosts if you want to have a great and unforgettable stay in Umbria. Dear Anna & Maurizio, thank you so much for your great hospitality and for a wonderful time at I Terzieri!

  Amazing stay in Umbria with unsurpassed hospitality

  Our family of four (two adults and two small children, 5 and 6) stayed in the Senape Apartment at I Terzieri at the end of August 2015. Our arrival was smooth and Anna was very welcoming. The apartment was beautifully presented with everything that we could need for our stay. The outside areas are meticulously maintained and very beautiful and the pool was great for the kids (although I don't think it was heated so was a little cold). There were two things that I would like to mention where Anna went completely over and above for us to help us during our stay. Our son came down ill at the beginning of our stay and Anna could not have been more helpful. 20 minutes after I contacted her, she brought the local doctor to our apartment and arranged for my son to have a chest xray (and accompanied us to nearby Terni to have it done) on the same day. She translated for us and made a difficult experience so much easier. My daughter also turned 5 during our stay at i Terzieri. Prior to our stay Anna communicated with me about options for her birthday and we arranged to have a pizza making lesson and a cake for her. On the morning of her birthday, Anna brought her a beautiful gift (and as a lovely surprise, the other guests staying did the same which our daughter was so excited about) and decorated the garden for all of the children to celebrate her birthday. Anna and Maurizio brought around the pizza oven and Lady Rosa made the pizza (with a little help from some of the children). We introduced pineapple pizza (with some amount of shame) to the Italians and it seemed to be well received. The party was delightful and in such a lovely setting. My daughter had a 5th birthday that she will never forget. I can't thank Anna and Maurizio for helping us so much during our stay and making it unforgettable for our entire family. I would completely recommend i Terzieri, the Holiday House, as a place to stay, particularly the Senape Apartment and cannot suggest any improvements to Anna. Her sense of customer service is unsurpassed and her property is gorgeous. Thank you Anna and Maurizio and all the best. Kylie, Mark, Toby and Sophie (piccolo principessa)

  Very nice house with friendly hosts in a beautiful area!

  The house is located in a beautiful and quiet area near Ferentillo. It is surrounded by green mountains and you can reach the Marmore Falls in 15 min. The house looks great, with a charming, spacious garden, a hot tub and a very nice swimming pool. Anna and Maurizio are great hosts who do everything to feel you welcome and at home. They also provide useful tips for nice activities in this part of Umbrie. We had a great stay and would highly recommend "I Terzieri" and next time we visit Umbrie, we will stay here again! Anna e Maurizio, grazie mille! Ciao.
