  Amazing Service in a lovely hotel

  The General Manager at the I Hotel helped us out of a bind, when we discovered our room reservation at a different hotel was over sold over Dad Day at U Of I. But frankly, moving to the I Hotel turned out to be a great experience. The GM and staff were waiting for us when we arrived holding doors, helping with luggage and making sure we had everything we needed. We had a relaxing family dinner at Houlihans. We were so thankful they were open until 11pm as we had not eaten yet. Our Server was amazing and did not rush us at all even though I knew it was late! The hotel is lovely and comfortable, has Electric Car chargers and next time, we may just bring our little dog as they are also welcome. We will be back!!

  Great location and super friendly staff

  We had to make a trip to the Veterinary hospital at the university so our puppy could have heart surgery. They are a dog friendly hotel with a very reasonable pet fee. The room was large and very clean. There is a restaurant and a Starbucks on-site. The beds were a little too soft for our liking but it was still an excellent stay. When I reached out via their website regarding the pet policy the owner responded back within 30 minutes. If we ever visit Urbana again this would be our go to hotel.

  Modern and clean

  I stayed at this hotel for a short business trip to Champaign. The hotel is modern and clean with good amenities. It was a short ride from the airport. The staff was nice and accommodating. Continental breakfast was good and has different varieties of pastries, yogurt, and sandwiches. Would highly recommend this hotel if you come to his town.

  Excellent hotel in Champaign

  Spent 7 nights in this fine establishment in February while attending a conference. Hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of quality, service, comfort, friendly and efficient staff - from reception to restaurant to housekeeping! Cleanliness to the highest standard. Coziest lobby with couches and a fire place. Conference venue was also excellent - in terms of staff service, quality and cleanliness. Spacious room and bathroom with top quality amenities, including a fluffy white bathrobe . In my opinion, the three star rating sells this hotel short and should be regraded to 4 or higher. Houlihans Restaurant is ok. Good service but a limited menu. I highly recommended the I Hotel !

  The I- Hotel and Conference Center in Champaign, IL

  Once more we had the opportunity to stay at the beautiful I-Hotel in Champaign last night. It is one of the most beautiful places we have been fortunate to stay at and we have traveled extensively. The attention to every detail, ranging from the beautiful landscaping, the wonderful coffee in the room as well as at the breakfast bar, the elegant toiletries to the bookshelves stocked with well chosen books in every room make this our most favorite hotel in the world! The cities of Champaign and Urbana as well as the University of Illinois are fortunate to have this wonderful place where families can spend some time surrounded by peace, beauty and comfort. We are grateful to have this place to stay when visiting our student at the University and grateful to all those who have worked to make it what it is- a true jewel.
