  A beautiful hotel

  The hotel is super clean, beautiful and large. I stayed there for one night (I wish I had more). The rooms are large and very modern, many offer beautiful panoram views. It is also near the city centre. Breakfest is also very good. I very much recomend!

  Average. Even at the highest price.

  It started out poorly. I messaged the hotel about our visit more than three days before arrival and they responded in a very curt manner. We were booked for their most expensive room. They didn't respond until 10 hours before our arrival. This is why they are a three-star hotel. I don't expect much from a 3-star, but at 5-star prices, they better deliver. I've paid less in Times Square, NYC. The staff was amazing. No complaints at all. The way we were treated prior to our arrival was horrendous. Three stars for sure. The interior of our "VIP" room was ... "fine". Living room, bedroom, bathroom. They arranged a special welcome kit for us because I let them know what occasion it was. That was nice and very welcoming - especially for a three-star. The wallpaper had some wear and tear and clear signs of things being in need of consideration. On our way out, we saw some of the other rooms. Ondol and Sea-view were literally half and big. Overall, great friendly staff. No complaints at all. The communication prior to arrival though, was not good at all.

  Excellent mordern hotel, helpful staff

  The hotel is well situated 5 minutes away from center, and a few seafood restaurants nearby. We had 2 "Standard twin ocean view" for a 1 night stay. Rooms are very spacious, clean and modern. Excellent and huge breakfast buffet. Staff was very helpful, yet speaking simple english, but they could organize us a taxi tour for the next day to visit Hwanseongul cave and the surprising Haesindang park.

  Excellent location with plenty of local Korean restaurants and Convenience stores.

  I have booked 11 (eleven) Rooms for a 6-Night stay: Our general view: 1) Excellent location - walking distance to the Cave/Bat Park plus plenty of local Korean restaurants and 7-Elevan, CU, E-Mark are just across the hotel. 2) The rooms are big and very clean. 3) The town center is just down the road. 4) The hotel staff are so friendly and helpful.

  Recent business hotel in the center of Donghae

  + The hotel is quite recent, clean and well situated. Rooms are spacious and well equiped. There is also a restaurant we didn't try. - We paid extra for a room with ocean view and the only window on the room is about 1.6m high, so you don't ever see the ocean, unless you just stand next to the window. That's a shame.
