  Good value for money

  The hotel itself is quite basic, the decor is outdated, but it is a clean and well-maintained place which offers everything you need for your stay. There is an aircon in each room (and you also can ask for a fan), a mini-fridge, a TV with some decent selection of French and English channels. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are quite spacious, light and airy, each of them has a balcony overlooking quite a busy road. Wi-fi is only in reception/canteen area but it's a good quick broadband. Rooms are being cleaned on daily basis, but you have to ask for that when you leave for a day, otherwise you will come back to an untidy room. As I mentioned, the hotel is located on a very busy road and while in night time it's not a problem, in the evening and early morning it's quite noisy, so I had to use earplugs to be able to sleep. If you are lucky and you got a room on the 4th floor you will have an amazing view over the bay, but also you can go to the roof terrace and make nice photos/enjoy the view from there. There is a little roof pool, but we did not use it as the hotel is just 2 minutes from the beach (across the road). There is a scooter place just 1 minute down the road where you can rent a scooter - to get around you will need one. It's 3 min by scooter from Super U shopping mall and 5 minutes from a bigger La Croisette mall which is very convinient. Don't buy anything from a little corner shop down the road (5 min by foot) as it's more expensive.10 min to Mon Choisy beach (by scooter or by car), 15 min - to Trou aux Biches. We enjoyed full English breakfast in the morning and we had a sea food dinner once, which was quite nice, other nights we were dining out - there are a lot of nice sea front bars and restaurants to dine out (scooter!). Overall - a very good value for money if you book as combined package flight+hotel via Expedia, that's why we chose it and for the price paid we cannot complain.

  Excellent value for money,excellent staff and central to exploring the north

  I stayed for about 20 days and my partner cam late for 15 days.We were made to feel so welcome and anything we wanted any time of the night especially water we were always attended to.Thank you especially Visall .Meenakshi and Ashwin Ashwin than you for accommodating my relatives and ourselves for the New Year's eve dinner at the last minute.Food was excellent although we ate outside a lot which we like. The room was spacious and fit for our use.Close to buses every 5 minutes in each direction.Unsurprisingly the bus services better than UK AND CHEAP. If you are looking for 4/5 stars then this is not for you. See you all soon guys.Can't wait to get there.

  Good hotel

  A good basic hotel opposite the beach. Spacious rooms cleaned daily, with fridge air con. A beautiful view from the balcony of the beach.Walking distance to bars restaurants and street food. Buses available to other areas regularly. Helpful bilingual staff. Good food and room service. A nice hotel and location for budget stay. Wifi in reception. You can buy sims packages for mobile wifi for cheap.

  best stay in a long time

  As a travel agent, i visited and stayed at this hotel to see if it had potential for my customers. I had the nicest accomodation with dedicated friendly service and a very good information level. Further the food served, was delicious, the view from the upper apartments and the roof is extraordinary, there is a pool and the rooms are spacious and cozy with air con. A visionary Hotel, driven by green energy, centrally located and highly focused on their guests. Looking forward to next stay.

  Big dissappointment. Hotel /rooms is not like in the photos. It is nightmare. Sorry, it is not clean and old, smelly Room, no aircon, fridge not working, no soap or toilet paper. We stayed one night and not willing to see this rathole never again. Everything is not like it should be. Location is good but hotel it shelf horrible and needs All fixed.
