  Tuve la suerte de hospedarme en shangri-la hotel. Estuvo increíble habitación con vista panorámica en el piso 25, Shanghai a mis pies todas las. Mañanas y las noches, todos los lujos posibles y esperados dentro de un hotel de esta categoría. Cómoda excelente. 5 estrellas

  Best Hotel in the city

  The first thing that strikes you as you enter is the heating. The lobby is a warm haven from the cold. It is furnished in a modern Tibetan style. The rooms are spacious and have sweeping views of the the city. The coffeehouse has a decent selection of food and breakfast is okay. The hotel is the best in the city. It is close to the city centre as well.

  No.1 Hotel in a Beautiful City

  My family stayed at the Shangri-La during April 2019 for only one night, but it was a very memorable stay in this special city. As a Jade member, we were warmly greeted upon arrival, escorted to our Suite and delighted with a wide range of welcome amenities (far more than the ones we chose). The Executive Honeymoon Suite was very spacious, nicely designed with local Tibetan designs and had views of the surrounding city, temples and snowy peak mountains. The hotel is located perfectly in the middle of Diqing, in front of a small pond and within short walking distance of all the city attractions, including the famous Guishan Park. All the staff we met were very polite and friendly. Unfortunately, I lost my phone last year and cannot remember the names of beautiful front office staff that we had met. The hotel also provided complimentary shuttle to the Diqing Airport, where we took a short flight to Chengdu. It was a perfect stay and the only disappointment was that we couldn't stay for longer... I hope to have the opportunity to visit Shangri-La again and stay at the Shangri-La. Sijia

  Should be better...

  Overall the hotel is good. Location is good and reasonable prices too. Rooms are nicely decorated and comfortable. Good buffet with affordable price. However, there are items with a lower than expected standard. The Spa facilities are not to the level, and the ambience not so relaxing; just a couple of ordinary rooms in the open. Massage was fine though. Cleaning service also not good; one day they did not clean up until we called at 5pm when we came back, and the following day towels were missing, used dishes and glasses were not changed either...Also, surprised to see how people could smoke in the shared facilities, maybe local regulations still allow it?

  Fish tale night with husband

  We went there for seafoods night the food was amazing. So many varieties of food in the buffet . The waitress was so attentive ms. Donna bel. Overall we enjoyed our night dinning in Sofra. Highly recommended specially seafoods night. Will be back soon .
