  Ha sido un excitó

  Hola, estuvimos de vacaciones en estas fechas 22.04.2019-29.04.2019. En aquel tiempo no había mucha gente en el hotel, pero todos los servicios estaban a nuestra disponibilidad : gym, clases de fitnes, restaurante, música durante todo el día , piscinas , playas etc. La comida super rica , una variedad impresionante y platos típicos de cada país . Hubo comida para los diabéticos y para las dietas estrictas( preparadas sin aceita y sal) . Quería agradecer a manager Ali es un profesional , para solucionar cualquier duda, siempre busca la mejor manera posible. Por ejemplo nos ayudo a alquilar el coche (porque queríamos visitar Cappadocia y conocer Turquía no como turistas ), nos ha dado unos consejos muy útiles, es una persona sincera y amable. También la animadora Anastasia te anima la mañana y hace tu día productivo con diferentes tipos de ejercicios o juegos, mega activa y super simpática. Ha sido uno de mis mejores viajes.

  Holiday

  Hey This is OKTAY !! I know this hotel from last year . I came this season again between 15th - 19th may with my couisen and my mom . it was a great holiday again as a last year ! I would like to thank AHMET CHEF FROM THE BAR for his great manners to us !! Best ANIMATION TEAM again . They enjoy us so much , all of animator was perfect ! I Would like to thank also UMUT CHEF OF ANIMATOR TEAM , He is so Kind , and experienced . New Dj's are also having good performance day and night ! Best location , amazing sea and view , great Animation team ever , good and kind bar workers , king djs , Lifeguard teams thank you for your manners to us as you say we will come back very soon again and againn !!

  Worst Staff Behavior & Management Ever

  Id like to leave a review here on my stay from 4 till 13 July. On 7 July I had a birthday and a friend of mine who lived in another hotel and gave a birthday gift came to my hotel with me to leave this gift in the room. Suddenly the General Manager of the hotel came to us and started to shout at us that we must go with him at the reception and pay 40 USD without any explanations. We were confused, but when we came to the Reception, the Front Office Manage treated us even worse. He said we must pay because my friend entered the hotel territory and she doesnt live here. We explained that we didnt know this rule and when we passed the security, they didnt even stop us, and we just wanted to leave the birthday present in the room and go out for a birthday dinner. The FO Manager didnt even listen to us- he pushed my friend very hard so that she even cried out from this sudden rudeness. My friend have spent 5 years working in 5 star resorts in Egypt and Morocco with the top management. She passed numerous trainings and wanted to explain this is absolutely impolite and inappropriate behavior for hotel personnel, but nobody listened to her. Finally some young employee at the Reception heard us and said that its really the fault of the security staff who didnt notice another hotel guest passing through, and so they let us go without paying, but my birthday was overshadowed by this situation and Id like to pay everyones attention, who reads this review, to the fact that the hotel management of this hotel knows absolutely nothing of how does the hotel run and what is a respectful attitude to the guest. This damages all the impression and we would never recommend this hotel.

  Employee of the year, restaurant staff

  We rested with mom at this hotel for the second time. In addition to the excellent location, cleanliness and general atmosphere of the hotel, I would especially like to note the excellent cuisine, a very responsive cook, a real professional in their field and the whole team in the restaurant. The food was very tasty and varied! But especially our hearts were won by the team of waiters who literally surrounded us with love and care. Every day we came to the restaurant with great pleasure! In particular, we would like to note the team of Beyza Kiry. Positive attitude, sunny smile, ease at work, responsiveness and professionalism every day! We are so used to the staff that we left with tears in our eyes. Thank you! I vote for Beyza in the nomination "best employee of the year" !!!!!!

  The hotel you want to return at least once again

  Nice green territory with the facilities you need. Wonderful sea with clean beach. Decent food. But what makes a difference is the people who care about you. Special thanks to the Head Bartender Hakan Karadeniz!
