  Instalaciones y servicio extraordinario

  El hotel aparenta ser nuevo. Los acabados en mármol y la decoración son de muy buen gusto. El servicio del personal es extraordinario. La opción de desayuno incluído se debe aceptar, ya que el costo es muy accesible considerando la calidad y variedad de los alimentos.

  Highly satisfied with the hospitality and services of Hyatt Regency, Viman Nagar, Pune.

  We have stayed in Hyatt Regency for 3 nights and 4 days with our family and i must say it was the most comfortable stay ever in Pune. Staff was really good and the breakfast was great too. Outlet Team Leader Mr Hemant was really very helpful. His hospitality and behaviour really touched our heart. The way he took care of us during breakfast and his guidance for tourists places really helped us alot. We would like to thank Mr Hemant and whole staff of Hyatt Regency Pune. And will make sure that our family and friends always choose Hyatt for delightful experience. Looking forward to our next trip.

  Food quality deteriorated terrible

  Loosing personalized service and food quality day by day. Terrible taste ....... require an immediate introspection till its gets too late... offlate, service team has no interest in creating happy resident's

  Wonderful Stay Guaranteed

  As a long term guest at Hyatt Residences, I can happily say, that the hotel provides all needs of a guest with full satisfaction. Cleanliness, breakfast buffet and professional and friendly service quality at its best. Surely recommended.

  Satisfying Staycation

  On the lookout for a staycation not too far from home, we came across the Hyatt Regency which offered us a two bedroom apartment at a very attractive price. The booking was done over the phone and it was done very smoothly and extremely professionally. Would rate the process very highly. We are a family of four and by boys are 17 and 13 and staying in separate rooms in a hotel doesnt really add up to a family holiday. Having an apartment really gave us a wonderful experience where in we all had our individiual space but were also together all the time. The check in at the hotel was extremely quick and although the lobby of the residences building is quite ordinary the apartment itself is extremely spacious and well fitted out. The master bedroom has a nice walk in closet and probably the biggest bathroom i have every seen with a tub and two wash basins. There is a TV is each room as well as the living room. There is a nice big dining table over which we spent a lot of time eating and also playing games. The kitchen was also very well fitted out with all required appliances including a coffee maker. The apartment was very well maintained and inspite of the occupancy seeming quite less there was nothing that we could find fault with. Breakfast was served in the adjacent building which houses the hotel and although the spread was limited the quality of food especially the fresh fruit and bakery items was excellent. They were quite accomadating for any special requests and the restaurant has a nice outside seating area as well. We also tried the in room dining and the service, food quality and portions were very good. They have an indoor lap pool which was recently opened to the guests. Also the gym has a sauna, steam and very nice whirlpool for guests use. The property is walking distance from the Phoenix Mall which has a large number of eating and shopping options and also a cinema hall. Overall a very pleasant experience for a short stay which we wished would have been longer.
