  Estancia perfecta

  Hotel elegante y moderno. Con un gran lobby y habitaciones espectaculares. Muy grandes y con las estancias perfectamente separadas (wc, ducha-baño, vestidor). Dispone de una piscina cubierta y climatizada que te invita a disfrutarla. Es bastante grande lo que te permite nadar en ella. También dispone de gimnasio. Cenamos en el restaurante y solo decir que fue perfecto, gran variedad de comida con muchas opciones tanto oriental como occidental. Mucha de la comida te la cocinan al momento. El desayuno también muy variado. Relativamente cerca (menos 1 hora) del aeropuerto internacional de Fozhou.

  Excellent hotel, but far away from city's central areas and attractions

  Hotel is excellent in almost every way, except location. As a traveler, if you don't have a local cell phone number and a right app, you'll experience inconvenience, or even difficulty to get to places from this hotel; and maybe the same for returning to the hotel because taxi drivers may not know this hotel. Hotel itself is excellent on rooms, amenities, facilities, and services.

  A uncomfortable stay.

  We booked into Hyatt for two days. On the club executive floor. A very unwelcoming arrival we received. It was like they were terrified of us. Being westerners. When we checked in, they explained in broken English/sign language, that the club lounge was closed for renovations. And we could use the downstairs lounge instead. I did suspect that it was just closed, because of a lack of guests, not renovations, as there was no work going on in it. Our room was up to Hyatt standards. Large. Comfortable. Hard Chinese bed, though. No mini bar. Just instant tea & coffee. The two nights at the Lounge, we unappealing. A bit of reheated leftovers from lunch, were all we were offered and beer, soft drink and one wine. Where were the cocktails and light meals, that club lounges are known for? The spirits, the champagne that you pay for in your package? Not as this hotel, obviously. But, thankfully breakfast was really good. Plenty of choice. But, When we went to check out, our bill had a charge for our consumption of room tea and coffee. This I found very difficult to understand. As it was only instant coffee and tea bags. After I got upset arguing about this charge ( the principal of the fee) I gave up and paid. We travel to China often. And most of the hotels are good. But this one was definitely a strange one. So if you stay here. Check your account. Good luck.

  In the middle of nowhere

  Hotelis in an area with nothing around it. 10 min in taxi to Wanda Plaza. Great room size, but with mattresses as hard steel and traffic noise through thin windows. Never really figured the airconditiin out. Staff friendly but in no means proactive in terms of service. Italian restaurant was a life saver, but selevtion and service and English proficiency well below what I would expect for a Hyatt hotel.

  Positives: Rooms are great the staff are too. Exceptional staff worth mentioning breakfast manager, Andy Alice shi from the restaurant went beyond our expectation to ensure we got what we requested for breakfast daily.Fay Kang, and Jessie chen receptionist were amazing. Good location-you can walk 15minutes to a sunshine paradise mall Areas to improve:-Communication We booked for club access and got charged but unfortunately it was under reservation and they still sold it. The company needs to update it's website to about swimming pool and gym at this time (there's no access either)thou they has the pamphlets in rooms already while we were booking this was a big consideration to us.
