  Excellent Value & Comfort

  Ill be back next time. This hotel has been very well renovated. The interior aesthetic is great and the bar area is immense. My room requests were granted without issue. A great value over other choices that lack the class of this Hyatt.

  Love It

  So this hotel is located nicely around a lot of places too eat and shop. You can walk right over to the strip mall and target, and grab some great food!. The hotel was a little strange, the entrance does not seem like an entrance, but once inside its VERY nice and welcoming. Not really anyone around the front desk, anytime I went down with a question there was not someone there, but the Restaurant had delicious food and the room was great. VERY spacious with a sitting area, a fridge if you have food. The bed was so comfortable and had a great big TV that swiveled between the Living room area and bedroom. I loved this hotel and it was VERY CLEAN!

  The best hotel room Ive been in so far

  I just love how the TV is places right in the center of the room and can be rotated around, allowing you to watch TV from the bed or the sitting area. I just think thats cool and unique and I love it :)

  Domestic Hyatts don't meet International Hyatt's Standards

  I stayed here I believe 2 or 3 years ago and it was fine but this stay was a disaster. No real recognition for being a Globalist, Had to ask for bottled water each day, Had to request several times that my room be cleaned while I was out at meetings. My last night when I came back to my room at 8pm it was never cleaned up. For sure there hotel was not full at all. Seems the only Hyatt person who was on the ball was the manager of the food area, Dustin. He was always smiling, happy positive attitude. Served coffee and breakfast efficiently. The rest of the staff were all on another frequency, not guest orientated. Seems to be a big different how Domestic Hyatts treat Globalists and how international Hyatts treat guests. Like day and night for example the Hyatt Regency in Bangkok. Super staff, happy, smiling, complimentary suite upgrades without even asking, superior food excellent over all service by Hyatt staff. I travel mostly international and it appears there are two Hyatt standards for guests. One for domestic USA and one for International. Hard for me to believe Hyatt rated the Fair Lakes hotel a Regency, might be just a regular Hyatt. Also no evening drinks or snacks for Globalist at this hotel. Even the Hyatt Pace in Bangkok provides Globalists with complimentary drinks and snacks. Recommend people stay there money and stay at other brand hotels.

  Very nice and clean

  We really enjoyed our weekend at Hyatt Regency Fairfax. The hotel, our room, everything was very clean. The bed was comfortable. We liked that the TV was in the middle of the room and that we could turn it to watch it in the living area or the bedroom. The shower had great water pressure. We were on the 10th floor with a nice view of the city. The hotel is in a great location, with a short and easy drive to the mall or to restaurants and other shopping centers. The front desk staff was nice and helpful.
