  Great weekend stay

  We stayed here for a weekend of family events. We were only 2 hours from home, (but didnt want to travel back and forth) and this hotel is perfect for a "Home away from Home" feel! Excellent service, Clean, Spacious and Modern.We had a slight issue upon check-in (we were given keys to a room that was not ready/clean) but it was handled quickly, and we were given the correct keys to a perfect room and drink coupons for the small inconvenience. That is how you handle small issues. No points off for that at all. I'm including a picture of the comfortable and spacious living room area, complete with a desk and fridge too. It is a Pet-Friendly hotel. Easy to get to. Close by to amenities. The pool and gym were closed due to covid regulations but looked well cared for.

  Very friendly team. courteous service

  We found the absolute best part of our stay was the friendly and courteous front desk team. The location is convenient to both Saratoga and Albany and surrounding areas. We loved our quiet corner room. The only real downside that we experienced during our stay were the small pillows. We much prefer either a standard or king pillow. Wishing a joyous holiday season to the staff.

  Good stay at a nice Hyatt Place near Saratoga Springs

  I had a nice stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful and while the breakfast options were limited we still appreciated the ability to grab a hot sandwich, cup of oatmeal, bagel, etc. Overall, i think they are doing a great job during the COVID times

  Excellent hotel and an astounding value. Very clean.

  My wife and I stayed here as a place to stay for the night on a trip up to Vermont. The hotel was exceptionally clean from the lobby, elevators, room and bathroom. I was genuinely impressed with both the friendly professional staff and the consistent service across check-in and checkout the following morning. We will stay here again. It always impresses me that some of your best hotels and staff are at Hyatt Places. We look forward to returning.

  Exceptionally clean room

  I arrived with my own clorox wipes to disinfect the room when I first got there. After wiping down every surface I found not one bit of dust or anything on my wipes. Blew me away. A++ cleaning staff!!
