  I anticipated better. Was disappointed.

  Broken remote, elevator buttons not clearly marked, superficial cleaning of room in general and bathroom needs a good thorough cleaning. Staff terrific when I arrived then almost nonexistent when it came time to check out.

  One night stay

  My family and I stayed here one night while we visited OKC for my moms birthday. We got to the hotel and had a bit of a tough time checking in due to international credit card issues and one room not being under the same name as the rest of the reservation. Thankfully, the front desk clerk Tim was super nice and patient and was able to resolve all our problems with a smile that you could see even though he had a face mask on. Later that day I was on the hunt for a bottle opener, which Tim was able to get for us in no time. Needless to say, I was highly impressed with him. Unfortunately his shift ended and the next morning our front desk clerk was not as helpful or cheerful. Overall our stay was good, although short. The beds are delightfully comfy, the bathroom is spacious, the neighborhood is busy but quiet. Bricktown is beautiful!! We had cold rainy weather so we couldnt go out and walk around (or scooter, which by the way is an option!!). Would most likely stay again.

  Lots of hidden fees

  Way too many hidden fees. Room cost was over $230 for a one night stay. They charged for early check in. They charges extra fee for dogs. They charged a parking fee. I expected to spend way less!!!!!!

  Room reeked of smoke

  My fiance and I checked into our room a little early which was nice that they let us check in early. We were thoroughly dissatisfied when our room reeked of smoke. My fiance complained about the smoke smell and we were not given a new room. & now we have been charged a smoking fee when we were the ones who complained about the smell. We have not been able to get in contact with the manager as it seems the girl who works the front desk does not want our complaint to be voiced. Terrible costumer service all around- do not waste your time or money at this hotel

  Smoke-free hotel lets employees smoke in your room then charges you for it

  We checked into our hotel room everything was fine, left for brunch to return to a room reeking of marijuana smoke. Complained to an employee and were told sorry and thats just how it smells in the rooms. Received the bill for our stay and they charged us a $250 smoking fee... When we were the ones who complained about the smoke smell. Will update after speaking with the manager tomorrow. Hopefully they resolve this as they should easily be able to figure out who was smoking in this room.
