  Me encantó este hotel, el personal super amable, las habitaciones preciosas, el dasayuno muy bueno tambien. muy limpio. Tiene vista a una laguna, por donde se puede pasear. Tiene estacionamiento gratis. El wi-fi es muy bueno!

  Hotel bien ubicado como para pasear en general por todo Long Island. Su personal muy amable y eficiente, son pocos pero resuelven y sugieren lo mejor. Las habitaciones son muy grandes y cómodas. La nuestra tenía una hermosa vista hacia una laguna con embarcaciones. También muy bien el desayuno, variado, rico y bien servido con vajilla de loza y cubiertos de metal. En recepción nos dieron al marchar, un librillo de descuentos para el TANGER Outlet, con el que obtuvimos muy buenos descuentos.

  Excellent Hyatt Place

  My room was spotless, which is even more important now than ever before. The gym, lobby and breakfast area were all clean and well maintained every time I entered. Staff was great. Hotel has been updated and is very nice. I love how they have brightened up the Hyatt Places.

  Always a great stay

  Staff is amazing. I've tried all of the other options, this is by far the best. Don't make a mistake just book here you will not be disappointed. From the maintanance staff to the front fest right up to the management team, everyone works hard to make your stay the best.

  Personalized & Thoughtful Service Pre-Booking to Departure

  Our family, adults & children, stayed at Hyatt Place Long Island East End about a month ago. The property was perfect for our needs, providing a great getaway for the entire family. The really unique and special part of the stay - that made all the difference - was the exceptionally personalized service and thoughtfulness of the staff that we dealt with. Prior to booking, I had great conversations with Jessica, during which she went waaaay above and beyond in responding to inquiries about the property. If not for Jessica's helpfulness, we would not have booked and would have missed a great stay. When we arrived at the hotel in the evening, Jessica was at the front desk and very patiently assisted us with our room selection and all amenities that we needed to get comfortable. Thank you, Jessica! During our stay, we also benefited from the thoughtfulness of Helena, who went out of her way to look out for the kids during breakfast (We were there during a huge snowstorm, which limited availability of certain items.). Thank you, Helena! All in all, a great hotel staffed by a great team! Thank you!
